This is the second open box samsung galaxy 20+ i bought from best buy. I bought one for myself and once i knew everything was lagit and working i oredered another one for my fiancée. The only problem I had was that the first one didn’t come with original charger, which open box excellent condition is supposed to come with. I contacted customer service and they sent me a $25 gift card for my troubles and told me to go to the store and get a replacement original charger. It took a little explaining on my part to the guy at the store but once he understood what was up he replaced the cheep charger with an original Samsung charger! The second one i ordered came witht ye original charger like stated. For half price on the phone i can deal with having a mixup on the charger.
