I was in love with my jumper until I decided it needed a wash. After handwashing in luke-warm water it has shrunk to the point where it barely fits from being just slightly oversized. Stay away.

I’m usually hesitant with sweaters, as they are either big and bulky or tight. This is neither. It’s comfy, it hangs just a little bit without being a sack, the cuffs are a little tighter but very elastic, and it’s moderately warm outside without making you hot and sweaty inside. If you are more trim, it might run just a hair big for you.

The item as new is beautiful and perfect, however, it very quickly starts to get very used looking.
The fabric starts to pile and the garment begins to age quite rapidly. I’ve only worn the item for about a month and it is already something that no longer looks fresh. Pre-mature decrepitude, is why diagnosis. I am guessing it is made in China. I will go and buy a very high quality Merino wool item just to compare and contrast my experience with this sub-optimally produced item. To be honest, I am getting sick of this throwaway culture where I can’t even own something for more than a month before it is almost garbage. I blame all of you, and the world of course. LOL (sort of a joke)

First off, the most important things to include in clothes reviews:
    1) I’m 6’3″ and fairly skinny / lanky.
    2) I ordered a size medium in the dark gray color

    How it Fits:
Perfectly (to my surprise). As I mentioned above, I’m pretty tall / skinny. Despite the height, I tend to order size medium shirts because they always seem to fit me better around the chest & waist than size larges. This sweater was no exception, and in fact, it’s one of the best fitting sweaters I’ve ever owned. The fit is snug, but not too tight. That being said, if you’re tall and bulky / muscular, you might want to go for the large, because of I was any bigger the medium probably wouldn’t fit. Also, so far, I’ve washed this sweater once with cold water then tumble dried, and there was no significant shrinkage.

Comfortable and soft. Slightly elastic, but not annoyingly so. Just enough to give you a nice range of motion.

Great. It’s simple – not much to say here. The little upside-down triangle below the neck is not as noticable in person as it is in the product photos (which I was happy about). The main thing here is that it fits really well.

It’s probably better if you where this over a shirt. It is very thin and kind of “flimsy.” Stretches out after a few wears and definitly after the dry cleaner. Don’t put this in the washer, even if you ate going to air dry flat. It will lose its shape even more. Not really worth the price but the color is nice.

Well made & appears to be good quality. Very light weight so not really warm, but will be
ideal for a Summer evening although the high neckline would not be required.
Being so lightweight I was concerned that it might tear but after wearing for a week as an under layer it is surviving well. Not washed yet, but no problems anticipated.
It would be good if the manufacturer sold a similar but thicker pullover more suitable for our Northern hemisphere winter.
Called a sweatshirt, but not by any stretch of the imagination
Further report. I have been away from my home, in lockdown staying with family. I am pleased to report that after wearing this pullover daily for over a month it has not shown any signs of damage or excess wear. It has pilled, but only slightly. Because not at home it has not been washed yet. One can buy with confidence.

I actually bought this for myself. I hate the quality of materials they use in women’s sweaters these days, so when I can find a quality product such as this sweater and immediately buy it. Merino Wool is one of the lightest, softest wool I have purchased. I wear sweaters under dress suits quite often and because they look classy. Merino wool satisfies all these criteria. I certainly recommend Goodthreads and their product. The packaging was perfect, the sweater was bagged in plastic and shipped flat, therefore no wrinkles. It is a smooth knit, no pulls, snags or pilling. I have already worn it and am now enjoying its warmth and feel. I highly recommend the product to women as well as men…. for a man it is the perfect weight to wear over a shirt and under a sport coat for fall and winter evenings… or even to the office. Thank you Goodthreads for a great product and Amazon for excellent service …on time without a hitch.

This sweater fits as expected for a medium and doesnt hold scent since its 100% wool. Feels more like my JCrew Factory sweater than my mainline or Banana Republic sweaters, but is also way cheaper.

Is also on the thin side which is great for layering, but bad if youre expecting to wear just this and be warm. I prefer thin sweaters as theyre easier to wear indoors, but thats just me.

Wow, for 35 dollars plus tax, qc is lacking. Noticed a fray after 30 minutes. I’m sure it was th re the whole time. Noticed it a the photographer, no time to return it.

Covered in bobbles of wool in just a few hours.
    Returned it for refund.
The refund was the best part.

I love the fit and quality but hate the “dorito triangle” weave below the collar. I understand it’s purpose and heritage, but can’t help but feel that this feature makes the sweater look displeasingly casual.

If anyone from the design department is reading this, please consider removing the dorito triangle feature. Sartorially speaking it looks out of place anywhere except a sweatshirt. It only detracts from the otherwise excellent quality and design if the garment.

This fits well with no-itch comfort. It works very well as a base layer—much better than synthetics IMHO. I have washed it only once now but it did just fine in the delicate cycle and it was dried flat as directed. I don’t know how well it will hold up but it was very inexpensive.
