I love this mattress except it isn’t quite thick enough for me. I knew this in advance but couldn’t find a 12″ that I liked so planned on & did buy a topper. Let me say a few things first – I researched mattress types in advance before actual shopping & then read through the many reviews on many mattresses. I bought a queen size & the mattress expanded quickly. There was NO SCENT whatsoever & I am sensitive to scent. We are using the softer side – it is NOT too soft nor hard as a rock. My husband & I are both average sized. I have fibromyalgia & the hubby has a bad back which is why I got a 2″ topper after a week. It is NOT a HOT mattress – I would know as I have hot flashes. I don’t sink into a deep hole & have no problem getting out of the bed in the AM. I was having problems with numbness in my arms & shoulders in the morning which made me decide to look for a new mattress. After one night on this mattress, this problem disappeared! I really didn’t expect the new mattress would totally solve that problem. The price was great as is the mattress – win win. I also got a good mattress cover, that helps.

I needed a new bed and wanted the convenience of delivery right to my door. I was a bit nervous to buy a bed off amazon but I took the leap and did it. The bed came rolled up in a box which was about 70 pounds. There was a thicker plastic wrap keeping the bed rolled up that you cut with a envelope cutter that came with the bed. You use that to not cut the mattress when your getting the plastic off. It zips really quickly and you watch the bed grow before your eyes.
We Put the mattress on top of old box spring and it rose up right away it says to allow 72 hours but honestly it was ready to go within the hour. There was a plastic smell when you opened it but that goes away after a bit of being out of the plastic.
After an hour the bed stood taller then my old mattress and of my was that heavenly to lay on. The gel top is to die for no joke. You melt into the bed and never want to get out.
Bed comes zippered with cover you can remove to wash. I did use cover that goes on the top for ease of washing.

My wife and I were in the market for a queen mattress to replace our older spring mattress. We opted for memory foam to try something different. I thought it would be much firmer, but it is a nice medium firmness. the mattress was well packaged,It decompressed in a few hours and was everything they said it would be. Great deal.We bought this mattress after staying at the hotel,Our hotel room had a great cool firm memory foam mattress. This one is definetly comparable to the mattress we slept on at the Hotel.
This bed doesn’t put pressure on my joints. It supports your body, and allows your muscles to relax. I love it!

I picked up this mattress for my retired in-laws as a thank you gift for all they do for us. Their old mattress was a pillow-top, but after they stayed at our house on our memory foam mattress while watching the kids several months back and hearing how well they slept, we just had to see if this would be an improvement. Our memory foam mattress was 12-inch and we paid about 2 grand for it 9 years ago. This one was not the cheapest we found on amazon, but it looked like a good deal and I wanted to see what the gel memory foam was like.
The product arrived via Prime delivery in a big yellow box. Inside the box the mattress was folded in half and rolled up in a compressed form inside a plastic sheeth, which was inside a sort of plastic canvas bag along with an envelope and a little journal, a warranty card, with an amusing cartoon about a thief falling asleep on a Sweetnight mattress and getting caught while robbing a house. The package also came with a little letter opener which I used to slice through the plastic holding it together and I then unrolled it onto my in-laws queen-sized box spring. I then slit one end of the plastic bag that was still holding it compressed and I pulled the bag off of the mattress like removing an envelope from outside of a letter.
The first thing I noticed was how quickly the mattress decompressed. Our mattress 9 years ago took about 48 hours to visibly decompress, whereas with this mattress, within a matter of a couple seconds the mattress expanded from about 6-7 inches tall to 10 inches. I laid down on it felt completely decompressed and fluffy soft. I read in the instruction booklet that one side of the mattress was firmer than then other so I decided to video the difference between each side. I had my 6 year old daughter walk and jump around on the mattress with a glass of water sitting in the middle, first with the soft side up, then with the firmer side up. You could see in the videos that the soft side transfers a good bit of motion just walking around on the mattress and the firmer side requires her to jump to really see the water move (well you could see if Amazon allowed me to upload more than one video, but it doesn’t so I just uploaded the firm side my in-laws decided to sleep on).
How does that translate to laying on the bed, well my in-laws decided to go with the firm side because they were concerned that too soft a mattress might cause back issues. After 3 nights (the amount of time the instructions say to let the bed expand) it is the best night sleep they’ve had in years and they just keep thanking us for the wonderful mattress. Though, they have not noticed a difference with it from the 1st to the 3rd night, so I’m not sure if it expanded much at all. They see no need to try the softer side of the mattress, they are so pleased with it so far.
Pros: Good price, easy to set up, decompresses quickly, pillowy soft and cool, plus an amusing little cartoon
Cons: Like all memory foam mattresses it, has the faintest foam odor, but after putting sheets on it I honestly couldn’t smell it anymore, and the instructions say the faint smell dissipates quickly.

Most comfortable bed I have ever owned. I struggled with a spring mattress digging into all of my pressure points every night for the last 2 years. All night long on a spring mattress I felt likeI was on fire from the pressure. Every morning I would get up (not wake up—-because I couldn’t sleep) feeling like someone had dug knives into my hips and knees. For the most part I’m a side sleeper but move all over. After one night in this bed, I am looking forward to sleeping at night and even taking naps. Zero pressure on ANY spots on my body! I love this mattress!!!!! I don’t even think I move at night at all. Also purchased one for my 8 year old and he loves it too.
