Doesn’t allow you to do anything once it’s downloaded. Says you have to download EA but everything is downloaded properly on my computer but now it won’t let me play. I want a refund, this is ridiculous.

This is exactly as described. I made sure to read the reviews and follow the review that said to make sure you have origin downloaded and an account set up. As soon as I purchased I was able to put the code into my origin account and was able to play within a few hours.

I bought the Sims 4 bundled with Island Living for less than half the retail price. I haven’t stopped playing since I bought it and have pulled more than one all-nighter. My teenage daughter got me hooked on the Sims 4 and I have added other expansion packs that enhance game play. FYI, you need to download Origin and set up an account before the Instant Access is available.
