These are beautiful and soft! I love the added sparkles but I wish they offered different colors. They’re some duplicate colors in the pack; one plain and one with glitter. I feel the colors are very similar as well. I wish I noticed this but it doesn’t take away from the quality. Play-Doh is a well trusted brand. I had them as a child and now bought the brand for my daughter. This came with a red thing that I don’t understand what it’s for except rolling? They’re open holes on each side but there’s a blockage in the middle. Anyway, I would recommend this.

I loved this set. It was wonderful for my son who loves playdoh. I love how it comes with glitter and regular playdoh. I actually didn’t even realize that when ordering it for my son. One thing I would say is that if you’re planning on gifting this item it doesn’t come in store packaging. It comes in a regular cardboard box. The box did say playdoh in small letters but it’s not exactly a giftable box. I bought it for my own son so it didn’t matter but I wouldn’t go and buy it for another child seeing the packaging it came in. My son is 2 and we love using the shape stencils to teach him his shapes as he plays.

This is what my granddaughter likes. Good price for what you get, and they even threw in a few Playdoh molds (or are they supposed to be there?) I just wish Playdoh would come up with a gluten-free option, because my little grandson, her brother, is gluten sensitive and isn’t supposed to play with this stuff. Hasbro, please consider making a gluten-free Playdoh too!

These are the bigger cans. Not the tiny 2oz cans. It came in a plain brown box so I’m not sure the exact size but I put the sparkle pink compound next to a 2oz pink can. The sparkle are at least 3 or 4 oz. You get 7 sparkle doughs and 7 bright doughs and they are all the bigger size.

So happy with these! 2 year old loves play doh & occasionally leaves it out & they dry up. So, I got this larger pack for her so that we won’t go thru them so fast.
The colors & texture are great, maybe a little too “wet” as sometimes clean up is difficult because it won’t always come up in one clean lump. Also, the little rolling tube is hollow, & my daughter keeps stuffing it with play doh which is impossible to get all of it out.
But overall this is a great deal & quality, & will keep your kid entertained.

The only downside to this set of Play-Doh is that the box it comes in isn’t very appealing but does that even matter? They are 3 ounce cans that in my opinion is a good size for kids and even adults. The doh is very good quality and nice vibrant colors. We have had this set for about two months now and the doh still feels brand new very soft and mold-able. The tools included are all nice quality plastic and a decent size. The rolling pin included isn’t very big and somewhat hard to use but once I looked at other Play-Doh sets I realized all the rolling pins are like that. Overall this is a very good set with a little less than half sparkle doh and the rest regular doh, in good sized cans, with good quality tools, for a great price, so what are you waiting for get it.

The colors are great and they definitely sparkle, but the consistency to date (we ordered a couple of individual cans to test) is a bit mushier and stickier than your average Play-Doh. Because of that, it makes even more of a mess than typical. If, like me, you use the “wait for it to dry out and then vacuum” up trick for some of the more spectacular Play Doh messes in your life- realize that that will not work with this stuff. It might if you waited several days, but who wants to deal with a Play Doh mess for that long? I think this has the same potential as Silly Putty to ruin furniture or carpeting, so definitely use on hard surfaces only. That being said, my kids would probably give this 5 stars because they like the sparkle and have a ball with this set. But as the mom who has to do all of the cleaning- definitely only 3 stars.

Great set, easy packaging, priced a little high as I can buy playdoh individually for less than this at say, Walmart – but these do have glitter and a few tools AND I DIDN’T HAVE TO GO INTO WALMART – So, it’s worth it.
