Ordered the pink and brown pair labeled as pink and received the cream pair. They will work and not worth the return, but wish I would have received the ones I actually requested.

These boots are well made and super easy to get on my daughter’s feet, even with a thicker sock. There was an oopsie in the delivery. I ordered the white pair and got the brown/blue, but no big deal. They still work great 👍

The boots are great quality and I would have gave 5 stars BUT I received the wrong color. I ordered the pink and brown ones and got the lighter purple color. They are great boots. I just wanted the pink ones.

So I read the comments about the wrong colors and I was hoping to actually get the eight color and well Nope! i got the blue and gray when i ordered the white ones. So if you need those they look great! I might keep them but yeah be aware

I’ve tried to order the multi (white and pink) boots 3 times and had to return all 3 orders. The first time, I got the brown in a bag mislabeled multi. Thinking it was a one time mistake, I ordered more and had the same issue. The last time, I ordered 2 different pairs, multi and brown, thinking those 2 colors got swapped. Instead I got the brown as multi and the bright pink as brown. So I give up trying to get the ones I want and returned all of them. The boots themselves are good quality at least.

Very cute shoes, and look like they would have been perfect for rainy days. Would have been easy on and off. Unfortunately the wrong color was sent. I ordered the cream color, but received the navy/tan color.

Heavyness of these boots are the primary complaints. Usually not an issue for adults but not desired for young children.
