I should have read the description. I thought they were no tie shoestrings. The shoestrings are really thick.

I like the shoes but they are very difficult to get on my son.. it takes me about 5 minutes

The toes had a slight “tuck” in the material that was a bit different on each side. That’s not really a big deal for us, but just something to be aware of. They seen to be really good quality, and like they would be comfortable. However they are made of thin suede, so they won’t stand up much to dirt but especially water. I bought these for my son to wear to preschool, so they’re not going to be “play” shoes for when he’s out doing guy stuff with his dad. Lol. Just a couple things to keep in mind. I’ll update if anything happens to them or my opinion changes once he starts wearing them regularly.
