I bought a similar LG stainless steel set except bought used, so when the washer went out knew i wanted to keep it similar LG stainless steel to keep matching my dryer, and i love it, i haven’t had an problems so far, i did only purchase under a month ago.

Bought this replace a 12-year-old standard washer that finally bit the dust. It’s my first HE washer and I wasn’t looking forward to it given all the nasty things said by some about HE washers. But after using it for a week I love it and don’t get what all the HE gripes are about. Has cleaned all kinds of laundry loads big and small, mildly and very dirty, just fine. Plus it offers all kinds of options to adjust water temps, water levels and so on.
Wasn’t sure how useful the WiFi features would be but turns out I actually do like getting the app messages when a load is done and ready for the dryer — as well as the option to download additional wash cycles.
Hats off also to the outstanding Best Buy online buying process. I ordered this, scheduled delivery for two days later, and got delivery reminders right up until it arrived. Didn’t speak to anyone until the delivery guy rang the doorbell.

Love this washer. The only thing I did not realize is that this washer does not have a light in it. It has a glass top and I thought it had a light so I could see it washing. It does a great job and I like the big tub to wash bedding.
We bought this same washer and dryer in white for my daughter and son-in-law when they bought their house. She really liked it so when we needed a new washer, I got this one but in the Graphite Steel color instead of white.

This does a really good job of washing clothes, and it looks great, too. I think it sits in a good place of value vs cost for a smart washer.

So very happy with my new LG washer, washed several loads of clothes including bedding & to date have not been disappointed with the machine or it’s cleaning ability!!!! As of today I would HIGHLY recommend this washer, it does require some learning with all the features it provides but if you are willing to experiment & follow the instructions as well as videos posted on u tube you will definitely not be disappointed .
Also bought the matching dryer & am just as satisfied with it as well!!!

I have had this washer for 18 months. I use it 2-3 times a day, given I have 4 small children. I am going to attach photos of the rust accumulation on my washer, which I thought would last through my children’s childhood. Nope. Nothing is made well anymore. When I was a kid my mom bought one washer and one dryer and we had it for 20 years. I am 18 months in and already looking for a new washer. Don’t fall for the flashy/trendy design. It’s poorly made. Consider a Maytag classic design like the Maytag Commercial Residential grade washing machine. Side note.. They advertise on the front of this bad boy that is has a TEN YEAR MOTOR WARRANTY…. What the sticker should say is THIS WILL RUST BEFORE YOU BABY TURNS 2! muah hah hah hah!!
