  • Meet the all-new GENPRO10X2 – Similar to our GEN2, only better. It’s 19% smaller and delivers 33% more power. It’s one of the best performing onboard marine battery chargers we have ever made.
  • Multiple banks – A two-bank onboard battery charger rated a 20-amps – 10-amps per bank – for 12-volt batteries, including marine, boat, starter, and deep-cycle batteries.
  • Charging modes – Independently charge and control each battery bank with selectable charging modes – including 12V, 12V AGM, 12V Lithium, and 12V Repair Mode – for all types of lead-acid and lithium-ion batteries.
  • Enjoy precision charging – An integrated thermal sensor detects the ambient temperature and alters the charge to eliminate over-charging in hot climates and under-charging in cold climates.
  • Charge dead batteries – Charges batteries as low as 1-volt. Or use the all-new force mode that allows you to take control and manually begin charging dead batteries down to zero volts.
  • Redefined mounting – A simplified mounting system allows for quick and easy installations in any direction – even up-side-down – with an integrated anti-vibration backing to isolate shock, vibration, and noise.
  • Designed for water – A fully-sealed and waterproof onboard battery charger with an ingress protection rating of IP68, but has survived brutal life cycle testing, including thousands of hours underwater.
  • What’s in the box – GENPRO10X2 20-amp 2-bank waterproof onboard marine battery chargers (120-240VAC) with a 72-Inch (182cm) DC cables with 3/8-inch (M10) eyelets and a 72-inch (182cm) Type-B AC cable, (2) self-tapping mounting screws, user guide, and 3-year warranty.

We’ve only had this charger for a few weeks, but there’s a lot to praise so far. This charger replaced a older Minnkota charger, and one of the first things we noticed is that this charger is smaller and lighter. That made it easier to mount and gave us a little more room in the battery box. The indicator lights also give more information. The old light only indicated charging, charging complete, or miswired. The Noco lights give some indication of how far along the charging process is, and they are easier to read. The wires and connections are heavy gauge and high-quality. The 10 am per battery means that charges are relatively quick. Finally, our old Minnkota charger failed because it was water resistant, but not waterproof. Water leaked in and eventually ruined it. This charger is completely sealed, and I sincerely hope that means is is more waterproof.

As I said, we’ve only had this installed for a few weeks. I’ll try to get back on in a year or so for an update, but initial impressions are excellent.

It had a problem and one of the charging units failed. I returned the unit and they checked it out and mailed me a brand new unit. The company seems to take care of any problems promptly. Their only weak area is that they don’t communicate on the progress of the repair. John

I used it for the first time this weekend, and I’m very happy with it. The charging status on the unit in 25% increments is great. My other unit only told me when the charging was done. What a pain.
The old 6 AMP unit took 8 hours where as this 20 AMP unit only takes 3 hours to fully charge my batteries. The NOCO allows you to select battery type for each bank, which is important if you have a mix of battery types as I do.
The only thing lacking is a remote, or Bluetooth app that informs you of the charging status.
Chargers are normally installed in the engine bay of a boat, so I have to lift my engine hatch every time I want to check the charging status. I’ll probably relocate it to a viewable location. Other products on the market offer a remote charging status unit for an additional cost to top of an already inflated charger cost. I haven’t seen a Bluetooth option just yet, but I’m sure their working on it.
Overall I’m pleased with the unit.

We have a class A motorhome which sits idle for months at a time. The house batteries have a charging system but not the chassis batteries. I installed this unit to ensure the starting batteries are kept charged and protected. This last trip I discovered that even though the house batteries showed a full charge, I was unable to run the microwave because the house batteries had lost capacity because of a sulfa cation issue. I decided to test the repair function on this charger before buying replacement batteries and was amazed to find that the batteries were repaired which allows the use of the microwave again. I have always had great luck with NOCO chargers and this new system is the best

I bought this to charge my two AGM Duracell series 27 batteries in my sailboat. The batteries are only a week old and yet the charger says they are bad and shuts down. If you rely on your batteries for bilge pump usage while away from your boat keep clear of NOCO products. I tried contacting support with no response in over 2 days. Put my old Promariner 5 amp back on and things still charge fine, I was looking for a higher quality charger and NOCO failed the test. Looks like I am out $200 as I can not leave my boat without assurance the batteries will stay charged. I am going back to ProMariner…

Intended use will be to permanantly install in my yacht to maintain house batteries. Currently testing and maintaining my trucks batteries. The Noco appears to be well built and is intrinsically safe.

The onboard charger on my SeaRay 270 died, so after quite a bit of research, I decided to purchase the 10×2. This charger charges multiple chemistries at the same time. Before I installed it in my boat, I decided to try the repair function on my truck, which has two batteries. I disconnected the batteries and installed the charger. After the repair mode was complete on both batteries, it turns over so much quicker now. I’d definitely buy again.

Brand new lead acid batteries and the noco cycles one charge and then never re-engages unless charger power is cycled. Of course it takes longer than the 30 day return window to figure this out, which puts you to noco warranty. Noco does respond but,
    1. Send them the charger and they will evaluate and return in 3 to 4 months. In the meantime you will need another charger. If you buy a replacement charger off the noco website you might get a credit after 4 months, and the noco website price is about $100 higher than Amazon. Not customer friendly.
    2. If you cut or extend the leads, be sure to cut downstream of the fuses. For some reason noco voids the warranty if you cut the leads above the fuse. Makes no sense.
All in all I’m out the money for this charger, will never purchase Noco again.

I liked the looks of this unit, and the apparent functions. However, after installing it, only one bank appears to be working. The second bank indicates that the battery is not available, despite being connected. I went to their website, and no manuals or support information is available. Waiting for a response from the support team.

After two days, no response from the company’s support team on my problem. Unit is still non-functional, will be returning and getting another brand. Would not order again.

Worked flawlessly from day 1. Keeps my two 12V AGM deep cycle batteries fully charged AND quickly recharged when depleted to 40%. I modified a server rack 1.5KVA UPS to accept these marine batteries in series to power my 2 servers during a power outage. The UPS came with a set of 4 smaller 6V batteries that were expensive to periodically replace. Although the UPS can trickle charge the 2 batteries over several hours, I purchased this NOCO to speed up the charging “full recovery” as occasionally a power outage reoccurs after a brief “back-on” period.

My review is based on my unboxing and initial use.

The box and packaging give the impression you’re holding a high quality product. The unit is smaller than the previous versions of this charger which is a good bonus. The cables and connections are heavy duty.

I charged two new deep cycle batteries. It topped them up quickly and went into maintenance automatically. It’s easy to use and I like the fact it will charge other battery types (including lithium) should I choose to upgrade my batteries. This will be mounted in my fishing boat and it will fit in the compartment perfectly.
