I love the product but I’m gonna be honest with you it’s from the US they do not care Canadian also the cost of the unit is half of this price and even though there’s a warranty for two years they will not send you a replacement it’s a lie so make sure you get Asurion So that once you figure this out for yourself you can tell them to give you a refund of your money I don’t know how long this product will work but it does not last 50 hours as specified but it’s nice.
The product has now stopped working and doesn’t properly cream steam, not sure 🤔 how to replace it, I contacted seller unfortunately it is sold and shipped via Amazon but the manufacturer can’t ship replacement to Canada.
Please help A with replacement or B with refund.

Even set to high, this humidifier takes almost 24 hours to go through a tank of water… in other words, the highest setting is not very high. I have another 6-litre humidifier that produces a lot more vapour (goes through a tank in about 8 hours).
This one also makes a louder bubbling sound than any humidifier I’ve ever owned. We are periodically woken up at night by the thunderous belching sound of a bubble escaping.
It’s JUST barely good enough not to return, but I wouldn’t recommend.

so far so good! I don’t know if you can see from the picture, but I have it up on high and it’s pouring out a lot of very fine misty steam. I really like it so far. Tonight will be the telling point for the unit because I need the room to be at a level of moisture that is comfortable for sleeping. Now that the air here has gotten very dry in the Fall and Winter, we are used to humidity, and as soon as the humidity goes away your skin and nose and mouth you can really feel how dry the air is; so I’m hoping this humidifier does the trick, especially as far as making the bedroom comfortable for sleeping at night and I’m really hoping that it keeps my husband from snoring all night!
The unit is very quiet; it’s very modern-looking; you can also turn off the light. I’m a very light sleeper so again tonight is going to be the telling point for this unit; I can barely hear the thing running; it is super quiet, so I’m really hoping that it helps me and my husband sleep really good tonight. I will update if I have any issues. So far I am impressed.
*Update: we slept like babies! he snored a little bit, but not like his usual “bear in the woods” snoring! and I didn’t wake up with dry mouth and nose. the tank was full when I started it well before bedtime – at least an hour before – and it still had water this morning at 5am. I had the unit on medium power; The only thing is the room has to also be pitch dark for me to sleep and we had to put a piece of black electrical tape over the green power button; I mean as long as it is putting out mist form the top you know it’s own, the light is rather unnecessary. The best part, I DIDN’T HEAR ANYTHING! it truly is very quiet. I might try the essential oil tray tonight with some lavender oil and give that a try. As long as this unit lasts long enough to feel that I got my money’s worth out of it, I’m very, very pleased!

How Silent Is The Device?
— You can hear the humidifier operating if you have it on in your room while you’re trying to go to sleep. It’s a mild/soft constant fan noise in the back ground. Not the worst or loudest – almost acts like a white noise. Every once in a while you’ll hear a bit of a loud gurgle from the air filling the tank.
Can It Last 6 Days?
— The device on about the 30% power setting lasts about 4-5 nights (~9 hours of operation/night) – so no, not quite 60 hours. But still a decent amount of time between fillups.
How About The Diffuser?
— I would not buy this device if you want to use the diffusing feature – it really dilutes the smell and does not help populate the room with the essential oil aroma.
Overall, I’m still pleased with this device as I don’t have to fill up the tank every night due to the large capacity. It’s a bit noisier than I was expecting, but it hasn’t caused me any issues with sleeping – and thanks to the humidifying power, I sleep with less nasal congestion problems! So it has definitely earned its stars in that regard. The green ‘On’ light is a bit bright for my liking and I had to cover it with tape. Filling the tank is easy as it separates from the rest of the unit – sometimes it drips a bit between transfer, but only a little bit and is easy to fill thanks to the big opening.
I would recommend this to a friend for the humidifying ability – but not as a diffuser.

This humidifier hands-down is the best one I’ve bought so far it functions well without any hiccups and the cherry on top is it’s massive volume so I don’t have to fill it as frequently

I have been suffering from hay fever for a few months now. I have this hay fever every year but this year is the worst. My allergy doesn’t go way with taking tablets. So I bought this one. I set it up and use it right away after I received the item. After a few hours of leaving that on, I noticed the significant improvement on my congested, itchy and sneezy nose. My breathing has been easier since I turned it on. However, my running nose doesn’t go away. In general, I love this machine.

I have dryskin and allergies, so this was a most welcome addition to my household.
I wasn’t too sure what to expect as the price point was very good, but it wasn’t a big brand. The 2 year Replacement warranty though was a huge plus point and spoke highly about the credibility of the humidifer.
So let’s start with my honest review on the product and I hope this will help you decide as well.
The PROS of the #humidifier are –
1) It’s filterless and has a 6 Litre water tank, so you’re automatically saving money + it has a LED lit water level marker on the side, which is so convenient and helpful.
2) It’s super quiet and has a auto shutoff function that is very convenient and often found only in higher more expensive brands, so this was a pleasant surprise.
3) The essential oils tray is a blessing. The diffuser allows for some aromatic scented cool mist that calms be down and gives me some much needed relaxation and sleep. I tried my favorite – lavender, but have since bought a few other varieties of essential oil scents too and will try them later.
4) Size – Perfect size for a bedside table or anywhere really. It fits snugly and is not too big so you can keep other things next to it too. It is compact and fits perfectly with other things in your room by blending in.
5) Runtime – I was impressed. It gave me about 6-7 hours on a relatively higher setting and lasted me like 4 days which was amazing. It was very close to what was advertised on the packaging. Usage varies depends on the setting you use it at etc. I always opt for a higher level of mist output and I was truly blown away by the level of mist at even the mid level setting.
6) Cleaning – No filter as mentioned, so super easy and also had a brush. So simple and easy to clean and you don’t have to do it often too. No fancy products or special expensive cleaning products needed.
CONS
1) Fingerprints – I chose the black humidifier as opposed to the white. I would have liked to see both colors in person but chose the black. The black shows less dirt, but shows slight fingerprints a bit more due to it’s glossy finish. It’s not a deal breaker, but I am sure the white one would probably show more dirt too as opposed to the black, but less fingerprints.
So I guess it depends on which one you would choose. I wish they had more colors.
Overall – I am very happy with the product and definitely recommend it. For the price point and the features it gives, plus no high costs for maintenance and the 2 years peace of mind replacement warranty, it’s a no-brainer that this is a serious contender if you are in the market for a humidifier at a reasonable price and more value for what you pay.

Love this humidifier. I’ve had some in the past that leak and ruin things. This one puts out so much mist and doesn’t leak. I’ve been using it constantly for about a week and have had no problems. While I was moving it, it tipped back a little bit and the emergency shut off shut it off immediately so I can trust that it is safe. It also does shut off when it’s empty. I found that if I put it on the ground, the ground got a little wet from the mist. But when I put it on top of a shelf, (where I actually wanted it but was afraid it might leak and ruin it) nothing around it is wet. If you are concerned with fingerprints, the black one does leave them. I don’t imagine the white one would, but it’s not a big enough deal for me to care. I’m super happy with my purchase.

I have four of these, and they are very good humidifiers. Even with a whole house humidifier on one furnace our humidity levels in the house would drop to the 10% range during spans of cold weather when both gas furnaces were running often. This caused our wood floors to shrink, along with the dry itchy skin, and static electricity that happens with low humidity. Adding a another built-in humidifier on the second furnace isn’t an option due to the space where it’s installed. So, I initially bought three of these to place in different rooms. Running non-stop on high for a few days they raised the entire house humidity to the low 30% range, so I added a fourth one to the loft area over the great room. The house now averages between 35-50% humidity depending on how often the furnaces run, which is perfect. I can easily lower their output setting on the dial when less is needed.
When running on high I typically have to refill the 6 liter tanks twice a day, once in the morning, then before bed. On lower settings once a day is enough.
They are nearly silent. We don’t hear them running at all. No leaks, and the directional guide lets us set them to blow away from walls and furniture.
My only wish is that they could be filled from the top or had a handle to carry the tank. It can be awkward and cumbersome when the tank is full and trying to carry it from the sink to the unit. I typically have to hug it with both arms and it will get drops of water on my shirt, and then dribble on the floor when flipping it over to set on the unit. Top filling would have been ideal. I have to carry a hand towel with me when refilling to wipe up drops off the wood floors. But otherwise they have never leaked, the water is just from having to flip the tank over to set it in the base.
I do really like the LED lit water level window. It is very easy to see when they need to be refilled. I have not tried the tiny essential oil drawers, so no opinion there.
Overall, I am very happy with these. Quality was consistent across all four. They work. They fixed our humidity issue, and life is much better when you don’t want to claw the skin off your legs every day from dry air.

Super easy to use. No filters and easy to clean. I had a similar cool mist humidifier for years and the filters cost my hundreds a year to run and then they stopped making the filters altogether. I purchased a different cool humidifier a few months ago but it was loud and not effective for relieving my dry skin in the winter. This machine is exactly what I needed. The dry skin is improved, it is super quiet and the night light option can be turned off at night so it doesn’t light up my room at night.

If you are looking to upgrade from your old humidifier I recommend this unit, you can adjust the intensity and it lasts for quite a while before you have to refill it again. The essential oil tray is good for a light scent (nice for small children) and you can turn the led off. So far the unit is very quiet with only the occasional gurgle. And it comes with a 2 year warranty. I’m very pleased with this purchase!
