You have to crop the shipping label first, that’s annoying but it’s doable. However it doesn’t print out the barcode correctly. It just prints it in blocks. The post office didn’t accept my packages. It also stopped connecting to the Bluetooth.

My old label printer went dead on me so I ordered this new one to give it a try. Glad I did! I make life much easier! My old printer only work with usb cable so I have to get to my computer all the time. Not to mention formats was not always right. With this printer all needed was a app to download and connect it to my iPhone via Bluetooth and it’s done. Formats are always right with clear thermal printing! Also love how portable it is ! I can just about to put it anywhere!

Printing blocks for barcodes. This is not good at all. I was really relying on this because I have 60 orders due by tomorrow and I received this item today- straight out the box and it is not working correctly. Set it up as it was supposed to be yet as you can see, the way that it is printing the barcodes are coming out as thick blocks instead of individual lines. And yes i tested it and the barcodes are not scanning. This machine is pretty much useless as the post office is not going to accept 60 items without being to scan the barcodes because they will refuse to type in the tracking number individually for each item and I do not blame them. This is not worth 160$ at all. Maybe 5$. I am so disappointed and kind of mad. I want my refund. And I will be giving this child’s toy back to the business owner.

Yes, the app isn’t user friendly, but its results are great if you use the Gallery in the App, Main takeaway is people are overthinking it. There’s really just these steps to follow: 1) Open App. 2) Click the Gear Icon. 3) Click Connect 4) Follow prompts and your connected.
Now I just screenshot and crop my labels and use the Gallery feature in the app since I cant ever seem to import the pdfs.
Once connected, 1) Click BACK. 2) Swipe right for the picture of the tree, this is the Gallery icon. 3) Click on the Gallery and find your cropped screenshot of your label. (Screenshotting and cropping labels has to be done seperately outside the app beforehand). 4) I choose density at 8 and speed at 4. Never had any problems yet.
Time is money. The ability to print from my phone has been a game changer for my small business. Also handy for my own online returns. I don’t own a traditional ink printers since all I do is print labels. The price for a thermal printer is less than most packs of ink!
I am currently about 50 labels into the machine and it’s working great. The seller, Jaden’s, gave me outstanding customer service when I reached out and were able to solve my issue in a timely manner.

Item arrived and unboxed, installed driver onto computer, downloaded app for phone. Connected Bluetooth, did the weird changes they need you to do to connect and still no printing. Plugged printer directly into computer, still no printing. Gives error after five minutes. Found a label randomly printed when no one was around. Company website takes you in circles when you click on help links, not helpful. I used up my patience and am done with this item. Also the point of buying this was to make wrapping packages faster but explain how instead of just printing my label and taping it on (paper printer) somehow it’s easier to save my label, open it in another app, crop it to fit 4×6 and then print it? I’m not saying this printer is bad bc of that, it appears most of these label printers require this run around. I do not want these extra steps of staring at a screen. This is not for me. Nothing is clearly laid out ahead of time. If you have the patience for this messing around and a limited budget, by all means try it out. I will be investigating more expensive models to see if they can meet my needs.
Company was good to work with on a refund, a label is given and you have to ship the item back.

Love this label machine as it prints really well and the sample label printed shows the quality. The USB stick unlocked with the package has the necessary driver and it installed easily.
Both the roll and fan type of labels can be used and is standard 4×6 labels. It’s fast and cuts very easily at the perforated line!
Overall an excellent thermal printer for the price 👍

This label printer is a good helper for my online business to save my time and money. The print speed and quality are both super! Printers with PCs or smartphones have had no issues so far. I would like to give 5 stars for the printer with computer and 4 stars for smartphone printing because it only supports 4X6 Label. Otherwise, it is perfect.
I haven’t had issues installing the driver, but I check the user guide and the operation video in the USB sticker when I want to edit the size. It is a bit confusing that both the Jadens and Beeprt logos are on the package and I understand why some reviews mentioned they cannot get support when they contact Beeprt. They should be contacting the amazon seller Jadens and not the manufacturer because Amazon guarantees that the seller on amazon gives feedback within 24 hours.
I use it for lots of stickers! It is a must have for your business when you want to ship more and more parcels.

I was able to get the Bluetooth set up to print from my computer. They do include a USB dongle with videos to help you, and eventually I was able to get it. It didn’t work the first time, I had to mess around in Bluetooth settings in Windows a bit, but I got it on the second or third try. Once printing though, the quality was terrible, but I was able to figure out the problem. The image was printing very pixelated and faint, so I went into the printer settings >Graphics tab and changed Dithering to “none” and that fixed the problem. I was printing from PirateShip and for some reason it kept detecting the label as bigger than 4×6 and printing on two labels, instead of one. I opened the PDF of the label in Illustrator and in the print screen defined the sheet as 4×6 and then it printed just fine. Going back into the PirateShip print screen, and then the printer dialog that pops up, I found that the paper size was “USER” and that is larger than 4×6, so be sure to click on the drop down menu and choose the size you need. So if you’re having trouble with printing, poke around the settings. It really is wonderful having it work via Bluetooth so I don’t have to have a bunch of cords all over my desk from the computer to the printer. I also love that it’s a thermal printer and doesn’t require ink.

Took a few tries to get the sizing right but once figured out it prints great. Very clear. I chose this printer because the labels were inside the machine not outside. Very easy to install label roll. The printer itself is not super big and won’t take up a ton of space on my desk, which I needed. I referenced their website for some help and found clear instructions. Although I have only printed 6 labels so far, I would recommend.
