Overall I think this is a good product and it would be a nice addition for anyone who wants some relaxation. It’s not perfect but it’s pretty great, especially for the price point
Pros:
*Heating element is warm but not too hot that it gets uncomfortable
*Massaging pressure very nice
*Bluetooth speakers are surprisingly good for what it is (it’s not going to be mistaken for a dedicated music speaker but I honestly expected MUCH worse and it easily exceeded expectations)
*a full charge seems to last a good amount of time
*the unit itself isn’t too heavy
*overall fairly comfortable
Cons:
*they decided to go with micro USB instead of usb-c (annoying but it does include a micro USB cable so it’s not unforgivable)
*2/4 white noise sound bad (but I think the other 2 were good)
*it’s a little loud (but that’s to be expected with any air pressure massage, especially near the head /eyes /ears. It’s not so loud that you can’t hear anything. I’ve listened to a podcast while it was going and it was fine)

So this eye massager is a game changer.
I have terrible insomnia because I have a really hard time turning my brain off. There’s something about this massager that just turns off my mind. I can’t really hold a thought when I have it on. I prefer a really firm pressure and this delivers that on the highest pressure setting. Seriously great buy. I can’t sleep without it now. It would be nice if the battery lasted a bit longer. I can usually get 4-6 uses out of a charge. It runs for 10 mins and turns off automatically but I usually run it a second time.

I’ve owned several face massagers trying to get the right fit. I think I’m a fairly normal person; don’t have a huge face, nose, eyebrows. Anyway, found one I love and it’s starting to die. So I’m in the market for a new one.
This massager hurt my eyebrows and my nose. It left marks on my face. It’s so uncomfortable that I can’t get through one session with it. I’ll be returning it.

I’m a licensed massage therapist and I follow B&B on youtube and was very eager to try this eye massager. Unfortunately, for me, the idea of it is better than the product. It works with compression against the temples and then compression directly over eyes. There is no ‘rolling’ or ‘sliding’ as with other types of massagers. Although they have a music option, the unit itself is loud so you’d be listening to music over the sound of the machine, which to me isn’t very relaxing. I honestly felt this product was a total miss and I’m sending it back. This just my opinion and I don’t like to give any product a low review, but hopefully this will be helpful to some. I will say the product is very well made and the design of it for fitting on your head/face is good and comfortable and according to other reviews it has a very good warranty.

I liked nearly everything about this product. It is simple to use, just three clear buttons for functionality, and it has lots of options to choose from. It feels great on my facial area and I think in particular it will be great for sinus pressure flares. The “music” it provides are really about 4 sounds to pick from-soft rain, seagulls on a beach (which is horrible, in my opinion), some piano music (which is nice) and another I forgot. However, it easily Bluetooth connects to your phone and you can play your own music, which is my preference. Now the con, and it’s a big one. This thing is sooo noisy! It’s the air inflating noise. I can kind of get used to it and zine it out, but it’s pretty loud and that’s the biggest turnoff on this product. I’ve never seen anything else as good and easy to use for the eyes/facial area, however, so I’m going to keep the product and use it despite this one big negative. If they ever fix this issue, it will be a five star product.

I wanted a sinus mask that I could recharge and not have to deal with a cord. This fills the bill, and includes several additional features – eye massage, forehead/sinus massage, heat, and various combinations thereof, at different levels of force. You can also have music or relaxing sounds – loud, medium, soft, off.
This is well-made and a good value, with a quality plastic shell that folds nicely; charges quickly, lasts a good while. It is perfectly versatile, although I often just use the heat and light massage.
The Cons: 1) Learning curve for controls, due to so many functions on (necessarily) few buttons. 2) the unit is relatively heavy (understandably), so takes a bit to get perfectly positioned.
I like this unit and am very happy with it.

I was diagnosed with dry eyes several years ago and have used moderate heat on my eyes twice a day ever since. This will take the place of the masks that I have been using.
I find that the air pressure and heat setting works very well for me. I will admit to being disappointed in the so-called “vibration”; it wasn’t what I anticipated but I am so happy with the air pressure and heat that I don’t miss adding vibration.
It is a bit noisy, but it’s a sophisticated gizmo and the air pressure feels SO good with the heat on my eyes that I don’t mind the noise. I turn the music off and can easily hear the radio, TV, podcast, etc.
Bottom line, although it’s pricey, this eye massager is worth the cost. (There is the added pleasure of having your grandkids think you’re getting together a cosplay costume for a Star Trek convention…)

I don’t know if this product does what it says it is supposed to; this review is meant to help people save time if they’re thinking of buying it after they – or the person for whom they’re purchasing it as a gift – might have had eye issues like glaucoma or any type of eye surgery. if that’s the case, don’t purchase it; there are warnings about people with those issues using it inside the box.
Edited: I received an email from Bob & Brad’s team this morning, advising me that they’ve made the necessary changes with regards to letting consumers know about the disclaimer, so I’ve updated my review to reflect that. It’s now a warning that can be read before purchase, which is great!
