I could say a lot of things about this watch but it covered the main things I needed.
* Something to tell me to get off my ass every now and then
* Something to track my steps and sleep
* Something to sync to my notifications
PROS:
* Battery life isn’t as bad as I thought it’d be. It really depends on how many features you have turned off/on
* Clear screen and no real bugs to speak of that I’ve noticed
* Pomodoro tracker is a nice touch to have
* The blood oxygen sensor actually is really accurate if you flip the watch around and measure on your inner wrist. Compared it to a dedicated unit and it was the same reading.
CONS:
* I sometimes wonder if the heart rate sensor reads a bit fast.
* Syncing notifications were too much trouble to be honest. I had to download the Alert bridge app and not use the Zepp app for notifications.
* There’s some neat watch faces but nothing fully customizable. I get why people haven’t hacked this one yet bc the standard options DO offer options. But it will be cool to further customize within the Zepp app.
* The “stress” feature is a little gimmicky as I think it just reads based off your movement.

This is a great smart watch on a budget. The OLED display is very crisp and clear and readable under most light conditions. I have worn the original Bip watch for a few years and I really like this upgrade to the Bip line. This model is almost a quantum leap in capabilities for almost the same cost. I really like that it is easier to visualize the historical data on board the watch without needing to download to an external app. I purchased this and my previous Bip watch for my own use. I have not had the opportunity to test the limit how how water resistant the watch is, but it is fine for casual wear without worry. There are quite a few downloadable watch faces from which to choose.
I set my watch for continuous heart rate monitoring which does cut down on the run time, but I still get four or five days on a charge if I need. The O2 monitoring is only activated manually; there is not an option for automatic periodic measurements, the other measurements can be set for automatic. The accompanying Zepp app replaces the older Amazfit app, is better organized and supports more Amazfit watch models than the old app. Zepp is still what I would consider a work in progress, but it is fairly good at what it does. If you’re a hard core fitness junkie, some other smart watch brands probably do better at visualizing your data. I pretty much want to make sure I am keeping my activity level at what I want, so I am satisfied with Zepp. I like the composite “physical activity index” or PAI score generated by the watch as a quick check that I’m staying active enough throughout the day to presumably keep my cardiac health where it should be.

Pleasantly surprised with this little watch. I bought a FitBit to replace my old TomTom band and returned it after finding the features not really matching with the cost. Tried a couple off-brand and lesser-known brands, but found myself returning to my outdated and unsupported TomTom. Bought the Bip U telling myself it was my last attempt and I’ve been pleasantly surprised. It has all of the features I want including text/notification/call alerts, tracks a HUGE amount of workouts, and the sleep tracking is surprisingly detailed. Compared to my boyfriend’s Garmin smartwatch, the Bip U does *almost* everything his does for a fraction of the cost. The setup was a little difficult when it came to notifications, but once that was taken care of I’ve had zero problems with this watch since purchase. It also sits comfortably on my dainty, childrens-sized wrist. Highly recommend trying the Bip U for anyone that’s been disappointed with other smart watch purchases.

UPDATE: it worked well for 3.5 months, but now it doesn’t. I’ve uninstalled/reinstalled the app multiple times, factory reset the watch multiple times and it’s still not working correctly. Sleep tracking is WAY off, step counter will sometimes shave 5000 (!!) steps off for no reason, it randomly buzzes even though all notifications are turned off, GPS is tied to the phone (which is ok, except that it ALWAYS loses connection so distance run is only a guess really). I’ve been going back with their email support and trying to file a warranty claim to no avail. The app is beautiful, but if the watch doesn’t work correctly it’s useless.
This watch is FANTASTIC. It accurately counts steps, O2 and heart rate; its stats for recorded workouts are great; it can control music and notifications. Its PAI metric is unique and quite good (it’s a science-backed metric that correlates energy expended with physical fitness and assigns it a value). And it looks nice too.
This is a screaming bargain! Absolutely fantastic watch.

Really like the features and wanted to like the watch. But for whatever reason the skin on my wrist broke out in a rash and really itched. Therefore I’ve had to stop wearing it. Very disappointed with the allergic reaction!

The media could not be loaded.
