Husband ordered this as a Christmas gift for me at my request. Problem is I never got it to actually work. Opened and initiated start, QR code comes up and the link is no longer good. Search App Store and upload app to find out it does not work. Open instruction manual and use QR code to find out the app is no longer active and they are using something called Zep. Attempted to create an account and could not get the app to work. This was the first 20 mins of owning this watch and I said nope send it back. I actually bought my husband an Apple Watch for Christmas and his connected and uploaded in less than 15 secs. This product has too much work to be done to be sold right now.

A parte do ficheiro tambĂ©m nĂŁo existe. A Ăşltima vez usei registrou 5.14km no relĂłgio e no Strava registrou 4.98km.

O controle do sono Ă© sensacional.

This is, overall, an excellent fitness/health tracker.
The only thing I do not like is how the sleep tracking works. My last fitness watch tracked sleep no matter what time you went to sleep, and as a night shift worker, that was fantastic.
However, this one will break it up. I goto to sleep at 2pm and usually wake up between 10pm or11pm. At 6:59pm it only registers my sleep as a nap, and from 7pm to when I wake up it is registered as sleep. My entire sleep cycle is broken in half in the app. So it will only show and score my sleep from 7pm until I wake up.
My ‘nap’ will not be included in that sleep period.

I bought this watch as an upgrade from my Amazfit Bip S (actually two units due to what I thought was a defect). I had high hopes but was very disappointed. While I regularly got 3 weeks on a single charge from my Bip S, I was only able to get 2.5 days on this device with the same usage and without the always on display. I realize the GTS 2 has different hardware that causes more battery drain, but I was hoping to at least get 5 days as most of the video reviews said was standard. Although I did feel the screen was an improvement, this watch offered little additional functions to justify paying three times what the Bip S costs. The Bluetooth call receiving did work but I prefer not to speak on a speaker phone letting everyone around hear my conversation. Note that this watch can only receive calls not dial, thus it was not particularly useful for me. Almost any watch, including the Bip S can pick up a call to be taken over a headset or handset. Replying to messages would be more useful but this watch can’t do that. With the use of a 3d party phone app, the Bip S can at least send quick replies. Even that is not possible with this device because of its more “complicated” firmware.
The watch I bought was advertised with Alexa built in but clearly did not have that and customer support said it was still a work in progress–six months after launch. This was not in and of itself a deal breaker for me but the false advertising did not improve my impression of this watch. What was a deal breaker was not being able to load music onto the device. That feature is definitely present on the watch but my transfers were frequently interrupted and I ended up spending an hour and a half to load just five songs. Without onboard music storage, this watch is way overpriced once you consider the GTS 2 mini is almost half the price has everything but the onboard music storage. This watch is also still lacking remote camera control which is mind boggling considering there are $30 watches available on Amazon with that feature. At this price point and with a battery that really only lasts 2-3 days, this watch is substandard. For the same price or just a little more you can get a Fitbit Versa (2 or 3), Samsung Galaxy Active, Samsung Watch (refurbished), Ticwatch (various models), and multiple other WearOS devices. All of these other devices have more features and functionality than this GTS 2 and are a better way to spend $150-$200. If you don’t want a full featured smartwatch and really only need to receive notifications, then go with the Bip S, Bip U Pro, or GTS 2 mini. They are much more affordable and have better battery life. As for me, I’ll be switching to a Fitbit.

UPDATE 2. 3 months old, still more problems. Wish I could return it!!-
UPDATE: Dislike very much, not reliable. I have had to set to factory every 8-9 days!
The alarms work at first then one by one the sound and/or the vibration stops. Then I reboot, good for a day and then it’s back to factory settings.
BATTERY LIFE: The only features I have turned on are the alarm, sleep & steps. I have to recharge every 4- 5 days!? If a person wanted to run heartbeat, notification etc, you will be charging daily
Not very user friendly, especially with little to no instructions. See below
That being said.
Pros: sleek flat design, nice rounded edges. I purchased an additional band that is elastic, much cooler and not sweaty.

Cons: not easy to use, learning curve. Be sure to go to the support site, they do have a small manual to download.

I wanted to like this watch so much and was excited to upgrade from my original $60 amazfit bips watch.
But then I spent a few days with it. I loved the sharp bright screen, well until I went outside. in sunny weather the screen is extremely hard to see (bips watch was more visible and the apple series 3 watch was incredible; bright and sharp). Step tracking, another fail for this watch because it constantly fails to count the first 5-10 steps you take when you start waliking; so all those trips from the sofa to the kitchen don’t register. when compared to the bips and apple watches it was under reporting by 30-40%! After a half dozen tries I finally got an update to download that was supposed to improve ped counting, but I didn’t notice any improvement in accuracy after the download.
Ok, but this watch has sound; which I guess is ok if you like talking to your wrist. Also, I was unable to respond to text from the watch directly, something again my son’s apple 3 watch does. Since I don’t have an apple phone I’m still using the amazfit bip watch, until I find a more worthy upgrade.
Ultimately, this watch

I tried a Fitbit sense and it was sluggish compared to this watch. This watch has a fantastic microphone no trouble connecting to phone. The app is great makes it easy to set everything up and adjust to what you want. So far battery life has been more than acceptable. The sleep tracking does a better job than my Sleep Number bed. I love being able to get my oxygen levels on demand. You have to do it yourself but it is much more accurate than my Fitbit ever was. This is a much better buy and I would highly recommend it. They still haven’t integrated Alexa into it but I don’t miss having it.
UPDATE: Alexa is now on the watch and it too works great!
