Nice phone, but way too many games and garbage stuff which i had to uninstall. Well made, thin. Had problems with the face-recognition and finger print recognition, so i have to type in the 4-ddigit code every time I want to use it.

I bought this Galaxy A12 to upgrade from my d LG Stylo. Samsung phones just keep impressing (now after owning one for over a month). Screen, performance, software, camera … I say get in the back with the rest of the pack LG – let Samsung lead the way!

This is a very complicated phone. Many of the settings are not in one place, so you have to hunt all over to set it up. The phone to phone transfer was just ok. I still had to retype alot of the data into the apps. Just be prepared to spend a lot of time before you get it set up.

I had to return this phone because all Amazon apps and my weather apps wouldn’t work on it. When opening and logging on to Amazon music and other Amazon apps, and my weather apps, I got the message “no internet can’t connect.” I could log on to Facebook, Instagram, Pandora etc. and I could search on the Google and Chrome app so I knew I was connected to our wifi at home. I never had this problem with a phone so returned it.

This phone doesn’t have near as many features as my old Samsung! My husband’s new A11 is even better than this A12. It won’t turn off the screen while I have it to my ear. It’s supposedtohave more storage but when I transferred my gallery and apps it is showing 98% full, with the phones storage using most of it. I wish I’d never seen this phone.

This feature has been removed on the USA Samsung Galaxy A12 phone, as well as all third-party call recording apps are prevented from recording the other party’s audio. I even tried using a simple audio recording app while using the speakerphone and still no recording. This is very disappointing and I regret buying this phone and will not purchase another Samsung in the future. I live in a state with a legal right for one party to consent to record phone calls. As an elderly person with declining eyesight and memory the automatic call recording app was extremely useful as it would record medical appointments, directions, addresses, phone numbers and instructions without having to find a pen and paper and ask the caller to repeat everything over and over again. I will try and leave a bad review on as many websites as possible to warn people not to buy a Samsung if they expect to use a call recording app.
