Good watch with a small face (good for women with small wrists). Bought it for my mom, and she is very happy with it. Doesn’t look cheap despite having a plastic/resin band. As other reviewers have said, the numbers on the face of the watch could have been made a darker colour (black instead of grey) as they can be a little hard to see at a glance. Keeps time well and looks great.

I work in a hospital and just wanted something small and simple that was cheap (this was the most important factor). It definitely has a sportier look, but the quality is great. I wear this watch with business casual clothes, and while it is obviously not fancy it isn’t tacky and cheap looking either. I have only been using it for 2 months, but for a watch I wear everyday I’m impressed. Some other reviews have mentioned that is fell apart or had “China” written on the inside of the band. Mine does not have writing on the band and the metal looking pieces around the face are on very sturdy and do not scratch easily. This may be one of those products that you may receive something slightly different than the next person when you order it, so it may be hit or miss. But the watch I received looks exactly like the image and the quality is very good for the price.

I got this watch as my vision is changing so I was hoping for dark black numbers in a smaller frame. The numbers are more like grey than black, yet look black in the ad. The watch is pretty and works well so far and is not digital which I love. But I was disappointed as the visual aspect is not as sharp as I hoped it would be. I am able to see the time.

I ordered these watches in 3 different colors, because they are similar to another analog sport watch by Armitron that I love and have bought and replaced for over 20 years (and still available through Amazon). For a fashion change in accessories, I thought I would try this new, similar sport style of watch by Armitron. However, there is a critical error in the design of this watch, necessitating my returning them. I’m soooo disappointed.
These watches have virtually no contrast between the hands of the watch and the background of the watch, so you cannot see what time it is when you glance at it. While it’s true the glass and numbers are larger, they are useless if you can’t see the hands of the watch to tell the time. I don’t know why Armitron used white/silver for the hands (same color as the background). The other sport style watch I’ve used and loved by Armitron for years (and still available on Amazon) has BLACK hands on the watch, making it easy to see the time, even with the numbers being smaller.
The one possible exception to what I’ve written above is the black watch with the gold trim and the gold hands, as they appears to have better contrast with the black background of the watch.

Very nice watch! It looks classy enough to pass for business or business casual, but it feels as sturdy like a sports watch. The numbers are large and easy to read at a glance. I especially love that the strap is nylon, because a) no animals were harmed in the making of this watch and b) it’s not going to absorb sweat and get nasty. The only ding I would give would be that the country of origin (China) is printed in white at the very tip of the inside of the watch band. It’s small, but noticeable if even just a little bit of the band is popping up. Because I have a small wrist, the band pops up along the other side, and I could see it every time I checked the time, and it was just kind of distracting (for me). It just took two seconds to cover it with some permanent marker, problem solved, but I don’t know why they didn’t just print it on the very inside of the band, near the watch itself. It’s still a great watch all around.

It’s a very beautiful watch, but the straps get dirty really quick. I tried to clean the straps, but the dirt on it won’t budge. My only option would be to replace the them cos they are really dirty. I should have bought the black.

Works well and looks good. It is reasonably small and has a soft resin bracelet suitable for small or large wrists. My watch is always on my wrist so I needed one that was water resistant for dishes and washing stuff. Not shock-proof as I would have liked. The only downside is that the watch face is shiny silver as are the hands so seeing the time is a challenge in the sunlight.

I’ve been wearing this watch for 3 months and a couple of days. I loved it until 2 days ago when the screen fogged up. It is supposed to be waterproof that is why I bought it. I realize this isn’t an expensive watch but I was hoping that it would last a little longer than this. I have purchased expensive watches before and they do the same thing so this time I thought (wishful thinking) buy the cheaper one it will last forever (lol). Well it didn’t so jokes on me. The return policy is one month so if you do purchase this watch make sure you return it within the return time because it will probably fog up on you. I guess I should look at it like.. hey I rented a great watch for under $10 dollars a month.
If you can think that way buy this watch. It actually looks very nice and was very function friendly for the time it was.

I ordered this watch for my teenage daughter. After two weeks of wearing the watch and only swimming with it once, the face of the watch became cloudy making it difficult to see the numbers; it also stopped working. I reported this and received a replacement promptly; however, the replacement watch also stopped working after three weeks. I am baffled at the fact that this watch received many positive reviews. It makes me wonder if the reviews are from individuals who actually purchased it from Amazon or those who purchased it elsewhere and may have received a better product.

Bought this a month ago for my teen daughter who damaged her last one and had a strap that continued to fail. This watch was one of only about two or three watches under$40 that she liked
Pros
-The band is attached by not only the two usual pins but the strap is also integrated into the face of the watch. This will prevent problems with band wear along the pin edges.
-The band is soft plastic similar to silicone. This will provide more wear than fake leather or leather, especially if the watch gets wet.
-Wear around the house, doing dishes, etc. has not demonstrated water penetration into the face. I don’t know if I would take it swimming though.
-Spacing of the band holes works well for a teen girl wrist
-The band material does not pull on the arm hairs like some plastic or silicone straps do
-The face is slightly recessed from the face housing. This will help prevent scratching. No scratching was noted in 1 month of use
-Color is great. Attractive in appearance
-Band is not too long or short
-Band width and watch face are not too big for girl arms
-Does not appear to have lost any time in a month’s time. Cheap watches will lose 1-3 minutes monthly
-Price is good.
Cons
-None at this time.
I would buy this again and recommend it to others.

The watch arrived today and it looks just as I would expect…perhaps even better. Be sure to note that it is a silver-gray band and not white as it may appear in the photo. It was set to the correct time and running right from the box. I have a very small wrist and was most concerned about how it would fit and look on my scrawny bones. On the tightest hole it fits just fine and the strap end comes around all the way almost to the clock face but not beyond it. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that the little piece that goes around the band to hold the strap down is easily moved and allows the extra long strap to stick out. I plan to glue this sliding piece in place so it will not slide.

I purchased this watch because I needed one that was water resistant and durable for my job. I’ve had these watches before and I like them very much. I don’t like the digital watches with all the gadgets, so this one works well. The numbers are easy to see and the watch lasts for a long time. The only thing I am struggling with is the wrist band. It is made of plastic and is unyieldingly. It takes a long time to wear it in. It’s uncomfortable in the beginning. There is only one loop which you can tuck the end of the wrist band into after you put it on, but it always moves around, so the end of the band is sticking out. Other than that, it is a nice watch for the price and I would recommend it. Simple and easy. It looks nice and can be worn for any casual event.
