I really liked these. They are well made and flexible. I didn’t notice any latency when playing games. I liked the voice prompts that tell you when it is turned on and off or the microphone is muted or unmuted. The most amazing thing to me was the range. Using the dongle provided I was able to use these on Zoom calls all the way on the other side of the house. Pretty cool! The batteries also seem to last a very long time.

Bought these to replace by old wired gaming headset t worj with my new Windows PC with built in Bluetooth. While they seem to work decently while plugged in, the Bluetooth does not work at all with Windows. Whenever I use Discord, all other sound is muted, and I cannot hear even system sounds, only Discord Voicechat. Worse, when I’m using them normally, the sound I do get cuts in and out like I was at the edge of the range on Bluetooth, despite being less than 3 feet away from my computer. Finally, they are very heavy and sit uncomfortably on my head, squeezing behind my ears. I could tolerate it for short periods, but long term use would get painful.
Now, that being said, they seem to work fine paired with my Samsung S10 Phone, with total clarity and no cutting in and out. However, that is not what I need them for. I bought them as advertised, for gaming,.

I still went ahead and purchased it and I’m 100% satisfied with it.
I purchased them as a gift to my wife & she loves them. The sound is impeccable and the headphones are comfortable.

The sound quality, range, and comfort of these headphones is excellent, especially for the price. They are easy to pair and easy to use. They also look great, and the pick-up on the mic is so good that I usually keep it away from my mouth so people don’t hear me breathing. The mic is also more adjustable than it might appear, moving not just up and down, but also able to move closer or farther away from the mouth in any position.
The on/off and mute sounds are spoken, not just beeps, which makes it very easy to know the status of the headset. If I have one complaint, it’s that the voice saying “microphone on” and “microphone off” is a bit longer than a “beep” would be and mutes incoming sound while it’s talking. But that’s easy enough to manage in exchange for an easy-to-locate, on-the-headset mute button, which many headsets don’t have. I’ve seen a lot of headsets on Amazon claim to have Mute buttons, but in the description it says they’re compatible with computer apps’ mute features, but doesn’t actually have integrated Mute.
I would definitely buy these again, and will be picking up a second set for my wife. For a company that I’d never heard of before buying from them, BlueDee has certainly won me over.

Update: After the review, Bluedee reached out to be, and gave me a possible explanation of the defect and sent me a replacement to try. Unlike the initial headset, I did not have any random power issue and had multiple usage without any issues.
The great customer service, alone, deserves 5 stars but the headset is comfortable and works as intended.
Headset is comfy enough for few minutes I’ve used it but using it via bluetooth and via transmitter, the headset randomly powered off in mid conversation.
As I was repacking the item to return, it powered itself back on without any buttons being pressed.
Possibly a random defect out of many but not one I am willing to deal with.

So first off I’ve owned many headsets. I’m not a hardcore gamer but I am an audiophile and techy by trade.
Pros/likes:
First impressions. Packaging was normal, nothing super special that stands out. For its price point – wouldnt expect much more. I love how comfortable and light weight these are. I love the USB C charging. I like the 3.5mm option to plug directly in. USB receiver works great for teams calls. Paring was easy via bluetooth no issues. I’ve used these for light console gaming Ps3/Ps4, Teams Meetings, Phone calls & music from Pixel 4a 5g running CalyxOS.
GAMING: I do wish the volume was a TAD higher and had a smidge more bass. Overall experince is 4 of 5 stars here. Overall pretty happy with the experience.
Teams Meetings: Excellent experience using USB receiver on Teams calls. Mic is awesome and background noise cancelling is way above par. 5 of 5 stars.
Phone calls and Music: Phone calls again are excellent using Bluetooth. Music is not bad, again just like gaming I wish it had a tad more volume (but loud enough) and a smidge more bass. 4 of 5 stars here.
Overall I can recommend these for those looking for a middle of the road price point with an above average headset experience. Again, MIC and comfort are my favorites along with the background noise cancellation on these. 4.5 of 5 stars overall.

This headset is perfect for gamers, especially gamers that don’t want a boom arm microphone. Instead this one is connected to your headset so you can just carry it around. It is also wireless which means you can lay in your bed and watch YT if you don’t have a TV. Everything works on the headset. I have been having problems with my boom arm mic ever since I got this, but that’s probably just my computer. Overall this headset is perfect for gamers and YouTubers!

unit makes your ears sweat and itch,the usb dongle is not tuned right and will interfere with your games internet.headphones are bulky and heavy.better stuff out there at a cheaper price,however there customer service is fantastic hence the 5 stars ,and they stand behind there product, and they bent over backwards to try to help you.I just wish more company’s would stand behind there product as they do.
