I have been trying to find a good mattress for a very long time. I was in a bad car accident a few years ago and have been through so many beds and toppers it’s ridiculous. I am a side sleeper, but am trying to train myself to sleep on my back. This mattress provides the perfect comfort and support for both positions. It is not too soft and not too firm! For me, it is perfect all through the night. Regardless of how I fall asleep and how I wake up, I am not in pain.
I let it rise for a full 72 hours before laying on it at all and then only slept in the same spot for 3 nights in a row before sleeping in a different spot for 3 nights in a row, and repeating, so it would not pit. So far it has not, even though now I have been sleeping in the same spot for about a month.
It more than fills my bed frame whereas all the other mattresses I’ve had left a 1-2 inch gap between the mattress and the edge of the frame all the way around.
My son got a kick out of opening it and watching it unroll and expand (as many beds as I’ve tried, I’ve seen it before). There were creases for several days that I worried would affect the mattress, but they went away and left perfect comfort throughout the entire surface of the mattress.
I tend to sleep hot, and this mattress has yet to make me wake up hot! It’s not exactly cooling, but it definitely does not retain heat.
I highly recommend it!

However, after reviewing my order I was delivered an eight inch not a ten in mattress. Uncool. I’m keeping it because there is no way to roll it up to mail back but it isn’t what I ordered and they confirmed!

The mattress is super comfortable. It’s soft and very supporting at the same time. My back doesn’t sink into the mattress like other soft ones but instead this mattress supports my entire body. The mattress’ appearance reveals that it’s very good quality product. It fit my bed frame very well.
The package surprised me when I got it, I couldn’t imagine the queen size mattress could be packed as that small so it is so easy to move it to my bed room on second floor and unpack it right beside my bed. I will definitely recommend it to my friends.

BEWARE: their return policy says that if not 100% satisfied you can return for refund but the fine print states that the buyer must pay for return shipping unless there is a specific defect. This is true even within the trial period. NOT a true 100% satisfaction full return policy.
Also, this is NOT a good mattress for a side sleeper. It is way too hard and making my hips and shoulders hurt. This is worse than my old mattress I am trying to replace. I have done extensive online research about which mattress to buy. This one was a horrible mistake.

I bought this mattress 3 weeks ago and since then I’ve had the worst sleep. My boyfriend and I have both woken up with back pain because the mattress is way too hard. I contacted the seller and they were very helpful and gave me options to return or get a refund.

I’ve had this mattress for 4 months. Initially, I really liked it because it had great memory foam and the “spring” like feeling. However, after only 4 months you’ll see in the photos that the middle part of the mattress has started caving in. I am an average sized woman (not overweight in the slightest) and yet this mattress has already started to sink. I am starting to develop really bad back pain as a result of this.
I’ve contacted the seller and they promised they would send a new one. I’m really disappointed in this company, because I’ve only had this mattress for 4 months. I really hope the new one is better and this doesn’t happen again. I’ll be posting an update afterwards. In the meantime, I needed to write a review (never have before on Amazon) to let my fellow customers know.
UPDATE — APRIL 2021
After speaking with Crystli, I received a full refund for the warped mattress. I will be disposing of it soon and will be ordering a new one from elsewhere. Good customer service.

 * Comfortable and breathable spring coil mattress.
* Comes all vacuumed and takes 2 mins to get into shape but give it 2-3 days before you start using it.
* It’s very comfortable and the top layer is very soft to sleep.
* When I opened this I do not feel any odors.
* Kids like jumping on it for their playtime.
* Its medium mattress so suitable for most people for a comfortable.

I bought a memory foam mattress last year and it completely ruined my back, so I wanted to try a hybrid mattress for pain relief and support. I’ve had this mattress for about a month now and it has been great!! I don’t even wake up in the middle of the night anymore. The memory foam is small enough to cushion my body comfortably without making the bed less firm. I would recommend this bed to those who had back pain like me 🙂

I bought this mattress out of desperation after suffering from a flood in my home that ruined my extremely expensive mattress. We were stuck sleeping on an air mattress for months until I finally caved and came on here looking for a cheap but comfortable replacement. For the price, I’m shocked at how comfortable this mattress is, we actually like it better than the one we had before lol. Zero issues with it so far. There is a slight smell upon opening, but after letting the mattress breathe for a day it went away. Highly recommend if you’re looking for comfort without spending a fortune!

I was afraid to open the box for fear it would jump out like “pandora’s box.” And I would never get it back into a box. Amazon assured me they would help if I had to return it. Finally, I opened the box and to my surprise it moved like it was alive. and uncrulled as I watch it and pulled the plastic off of it. I was pretty amazed.
It is a full size mattress. It feels and looks like any other new mattress. I loved sleeping on it the first night. I am a 5’4′ woman who weighs about 140 lbs and sleeps on my side…with multi-pillows. It was the best night sleep I had in a while. Night two was even better. Thanks

I bought this one for the cottage because I didn’t want to spend much on mattresses after I paid almost $2000 on the one I have at home, it hasn’t been a year old and neither me nor my wife are able to sleep because of how much pain it causes, however, when we slept on this one though, we actually fell asleep! Now I ordered a king size one for my bed at home and I’m throwing the $2000 in the garbage! Lesson learned, I can buy 4 king size mattresses from this brand and sleep very comfortably for years for the same money I would pay for a “BRAND” name one, bottom line, buy it!

The mattress is pretty comfortable and well made. It comes with all instructions and even a tool to cut the plastic that wraps it. The mattress got fully inflated in about 24 hours, which allowed me to start using it right after that period. I got impressed by its quality since the price is lower than all the other options that I found on the internet. I do recommend the purchase and Crystli is certainly the brand I’ll go for whenever I need to buy a new mattress.

Item arrived 2 days earlier than expected, unwrapped it and let it sit for a day. Came up to size with no problem. Way better than I expected a box mattress, the comfort and softness of this mattress is great. The pain relief alone is worth the purchase. Would recommend to family and friends.
