It’s OK. It’s not going to fall apart, but the Metal is very thin. My Costco Kirkland brand roaster is much better – MUCH. Still, on some occasions I need two roasters, and this is an OK second one. But if I had to do it again, I’d buy another Costco one.

It’s been almost a year since I ordered this pan because of its excellent rack and size. Used it once, no problem. Yesterday I used it for only the 2nd time. As the pictures show, the lining, “superior non-stick technology”, is peeling off in fairly large pieces. I can’t cook in it anymore so it’s going in the garbage. Look elsewhere for a good roasting pan rather than one that only looks good. I would not recommend this product.

Love this pan! Cooked a top sirloin roast the other night in it, and it turned out beautifully. I made the gravy with the drippings in the pan and cleanup was literally a hot, soapy cloth to wipe the pan clean. Really happy with this purchase.

This pan is gorgeous and worked perfectly for my turkey over thanksgiving, however the rack that sits in it showed rust after the second wash. I am so disappointed!

Very impressed with the quality of this product. So much that I bought two. Clean up is made simple with the nonstick coating. If you like to roast large items then shop no further. You won’t be disappoint.

    Had this pan since March
Return window closed and unfortunately pan is beginning to rust. I only hand wash it. Was a great pan until now

I have used this thing 3 times in the past month since I got it. 1st a baking hen to test. Worked as expected, easy cleanup. 2nd a rib roast. Perfection! 3rd our Thanksgiving Turkey, (breast down) method. Easy to get breast side down with the cradle rack. Juicy white meat and as it has been every time, a snap to clean up.

Purchased this roasting pan in Dec 2019. Used it four times and meticulously followed the ‘care/use’ instructions.
Just went to use it and found three coating blisters. I gently touched them and the non stick coating flaked off exposing the alloy steel. The pan is now useless (perhaps I could use it for a litter box).
I was careful to follow their suspicious ‘fragile’ care and use instructions (they didn’t recommend letting water soak in the pan overnight). Never overheated it or used it as cooktop.
Checked their website concerning the ‘HASSLE-FREE: Lifetime guarantee’ they claim in the product description:

‘This guarantee does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, commercial use or normal wear and tear. Scratches, stains, discoloration or damage from overheating are not covered by this guarantee. Incidental or consequential damages are not covered by this guarantee.

Doesn’t sound like there is much left to cover.

Also says due to heavy volume there is a minimum 8-10 week wait before your claim is even acknowledged.

    Sorry, not recommended.

We are roasting a chicken for Memorial Day weekend and I thought it would be nice to use this roasting pan instead of a disposable one. I ordered it so it would be delivered just in time and this is what I got. The pan has one major dent and another minor one. Also, the coating on the bottom is bubbled up and peeling. Very disappointed and will be returning.

I first used this for our Thanksgiving turkey (2017). I made a 20 pound turkey and on the bottom, I almost fit 5 pounds of cut up carrot sticks and a several stalks of celery. Next, I used it for a ham and the juices burnt to the pan. I thought that cleaning it would be a nightmare but it washed right off with a soft sponge. Both sets of handles are perfectly placed and serve a purpose. I’m pretty gentle with my pans though and wouldn’t suggest using anything on it that might scratch. I don’t want to test it out either. I LOVE this pan and can’t wait to use it again.

I bought my Circulon Roaster even though some reviews mentioned rusting issues.
    Here is my advice:
The Roaster is obviously NOT cast iron..and you shouldn’t treat it in the same way as if it were. Banging it around and treating it roughly will definitely shorten it’s life. Maybe try these tips to get the most life out of your roaster.
    1. When you have removed whatever you cooked from the rack and pan, let the pan and rack rest until completely cool before hand-washing. This does not mean overnight. Leaving food in the pan can and will break down the interior finish of any pan. Do not leave the pan to just soak. This will also cause erosion of the pan.
Remove the black silicone sleeves from the 4 legs of the rack (wash those independent of the rack). Use Dawn dish soap and a sponge that has the green or blue non-woven scrubbing backing (think Ocelo or 3M) to clean all parts thoroughly.
    2. Dry completely with a clean absorbent cotton towel. Set the clean roaster and rack in a dry well-ventilated area to dry any missed water droplets for an entire day.
    3. Before you put your roaster away, put a few drops of olive oil on a clean , soft cloth and gently rub the oil into all areas where metal meets metal.: the rivets on the handles, inside and out, every weld on the rack. Also rub a tiny bit on the 4 silicone sleeves of the rack. The oil will deter rust on the pan. And will help guard against drying out of the silicone sleeves on the rack. Afterward, wipe away any visible excess oil from the roaster, rack, and silicone sleeves.
After performing this maintenance, place the roaster in a cool dry place where it won’t get banged around. It will be ready to go for it’s next use. Of course, when you are ready to use it again, thoroughly wash it to remove any traces of oil, and carefully inspect it to ensure it is ready to go to work again.

This was a long review but hopefully it will help your roaster and rack give you years of good service.

It’s absolutely a wonderfully made workhorse of a roaster. I anticipate getting much use from it.

Very disappointed. I bought this last December, just 10 months ago, have only used it three times, hand washed each time, and already there is paint peeling off the base! Can’t trust roasting anything else in this, it’s now useless. Complete waste of money, DO NOT BUY.
