I tried this pillow for several months and at first I liked it. Memory foam type pillow. After a few months though, I am waking up with a sore neck almost every morning. I am a side sleeper. Also, pillow gets really warm fast. You could flip it, but you would be doing it often. I’m going to purchase a traditional pillow next. I can’t keep using this one.

I got this pillow to try it out after reading many positive reviews. It was also on sale so I got a good deal. It didn’t smell bad when I opened the packaging and I let it air out for a day. I’ve been sleeping on it and I didn’t remove any of the stuffing. It’s comfortable and I like that the pillow kind of molds to your head but doesn’t flatten out like a down pillow. I also like that it’s not oddly firm like regular foam pillows. I’m going to try it out for a month and see how it goes. So far it’s great.

I read all the great reviews on this pillow and decided to give it a try. I don’t like super soft pillows that go flat as soon as you put your head on them. I like it to be firm and really cradle my neck. I tried this pillow last night for the first time and got the best nights sleep that I have gotten in many years. It’s comes compressed flat but with some fluffing and time to expand it took on its shape. It is also very well made and has a removable washable case as well. I have finally found the PERFECT pillow!!

received this pillow today and it was not at all what i expected. the pillow itself was only half full, it offers absolutely no support.

So far, this pillow is great! When it arrives you will receive clear instructions on how to care for your pillow. You need to put it in the dryer for 10 minutes to fluff it up and then remove filling to your desired firmness. I didn’t take any filling out because I wanted to use it “as-is” for a couple of nights first.
The pillow is heavy and has a lot of bulk to it. My neck has felt pretty good using this pillow. I have neck issues, so that is the first thing I noticed. I am typically a back sleeper and found that the pillow supported my head and neck well. Going forward, I may need to remove some fill of because it’s a little bulky right now. Although, with use it may naturally compact a bit. You can wash the pillow to perk it back up too!
If I have any issues after using this pillow for a while, I will update this review.

I’ve been looking for a pillow that suited my neck due to chronic neck pain. I needed something flat but soft with medium firmness. After spending hundreds of dollars on expensive ones that I had to throw out, I decided to try this one! I have to tell you I’m pleasantly surprised. It comes very fluffy and soft and I had remove half the shredded foam to get the flatness I desired. I could make another pillow with the remains:). Anyway I had the best nights sleep in months!! It is really wonderful, soft, and comfortable. I’ve told my whole family about it. MINE DID NOT HAVE ANY ODOR LIKE IVE SEEN IN OTHER REVIEWS SO NOT SURE WHAT THATS ABOUT……I just ordered my husband one too. This pillow is a must you guys!

This pillow is marketed as “firm”, but it is nothing of the kind. It completely collapses when I put the weight of my head on it.
It also arrives in a useless, completely flattened state with instructions to run it through a dryer to fluff it. I do not have a dryer, and in any case, I should not have to do work to make a pillow usable. I had to follow the hand-fluffing instructions, which are a huge pain. I have bought about 50 pillows in my life, and no one has ever had the audacity to sell me an unusable pillow and tell me it’s my job to make it usable. How hard is it to just ship an actual pillow in a pillow-sized package?
I kept this pillow because my girlfriend, who prefers very not-firm pillows, likes it (a testament to how wildly inaccurate it is to market it as “firm”) – but if I had wanted to return it, it would have been completely impossible to get it back into the box it came it, since it came compressed and had since been decompressed. I would have needed special machinery to repackage it in the original box. Therefore I would have needed to source my own return box and would have been unable to use Amazon Locker returns.

I’ve been using my pillow for a week now and I’m actually getting better sleep. I bought it to help me sleep better because of a very painful bulging disk in my neck. It alleviates some of the pain associated with this and allows me to actually relax, no matter what position I sleep. I’m mostly a side sleeper and it suits me fine.
Follow the manufacturers instructions on reducing the odor. Mine was quite light so it didn’t take long to remove the smell and to fluff the pillow. Mine is firm, just the way I like it. However, the internal material, as with most stuffed pillows, tend to move around, so shake it out now and then. I’m really quite happy with this. So much better than the My Pillows I had been using.
