The pros: well packaged, came with wall plugs. Shiny.
The cons: ring is tremendously flimsy and makes an obnoxious metal sound even after oiling. The mounting bracket is rectangular,
(Versus circular like my old one) so even though I measured to make sure the old plaster/paint would be covered when I removed the old ring from my bathroom, it showed the ragged paint edges at the bottom by about a half inch. I ended up having to move the screws, and someone had already created a number if gaping screw holes in my wall under the old ring, so I was sweating it.

The Moen hand towel ring was easy to install. The ring itself was of a lighter weight than expected and has a cheap feel to it. I expected nicer quality from Moen. I hope it looks nice and lasts for many years. It looked nice on the wall with a hand towel hanging on it.

I ordered one towel hook and it was somewhat easy to install but looked very nice on the wall once put together. I ordered a second one but it was missing the tiny little screw needed to hold the ring in place. I contacted the manufacturer about the missing piece and was told I’d have a response within 48 hours. It is well past that now and I have yet to receive a response. Torn between taking the entire thing off the wall and returning it just because it is missing one small screw, or continuing to reach out to the manufacturer.

Tenia la idea de que esta marca era de mejor calidad, tal vez este producto sea de su gama más económica, luce bien, pero se siente muy sencilla por no decir corriente. Aunque el precio como dije al inicio es bastante bajo.

Super junky and surprised that Moen would be okay with placing their name on a cheap product like this. The rest of my home is outfitted with Moen products that are high quality but this hand towel holder is out of place. It’s extremely light and the holder is hollow, giving it a very cheap feel. When the towel bar moves, it squeaks.
I ended up going to IKEA and for $7, their version of the hand towel holder was much more sturdier. Would not recommend this product.

Moen makes quality bath accessories and this one is no exception. The high shine chrome and design of this holder give my bathroom a much more updated and elegant look. The chrome is fingerprint resistant too which is a huge plus. I also purchased the matching Yorkshire pieces, towel holder and toilet paper holder. They look great and really give the bathroom a brand new look. It was super easy to install, took 5 minutes. I saw this exact hand towel ring at my local home store for well over double the price as on amazon. This was a great buy !

Waste of money, the directions are in another language and it screeches so loudly everytime it’s moved even the tiniest bit. Everytime you try to dry your hands it screeches, and then falls off the wall. The hardware included isn’t sturdy whatsoever and falls right off. Save yourself an extra hole in the wall to patch up, I threw this in the trash an hour after I bought it I couldn’t take it anymore.

This would be fine, but mine doesn’t have the tiny little screw that holds the ring on the bracket. It only came with one screw to hold the bracket on the wall too, though I’m sure I could dig one of those up. But I can’t really use it without that tiny screw. Bummer.

I just received this towel ring holder but like other customers it misses the small screw to secure it so I can’t use it! Tried the screw from previous holder, doesn’t work and tried to call Moen’s customer service, between 2 hours expected wait to talk to someone! What a waste!
UPDATE: I finally was able to speak to a Moen representative and they are sending me replacement at no charge. Thank you!!
