I purchased a case of the bifold napkins however, I am disappointed that the napkins don’t absorb well enough

First, understand this is TORK, not Charmin. It’s a commercial grade, rough napkin, not a fine, quilted, plush cloud. But if you look past that, it’s a good quality napkin. The 990 is a bit thicker, offering more durability. But it’s not the thickest Tork napkin available. Overall it’s a good balance between price and quality.

These are nicer than I expected based on the reviews. Even use them sometimes at home. They have a little bit of softness.
For a lunch room setting these are just fine. Better than those thin brown paper ones that are kind of useless.
Fit in the holder perfectly.

Hate these. They are so thick and feel like sand paper. Now I have an entire case to go through. next time I will pay 6.00 more and buy local. These are horrible

Well I was very serprized that these were so tough they are a lot better than the ones that I go from another company off ebay serveral years ago !

These are much stiffer, thicker, tougher than the DX900 napkins.

Used these vs those store napkins. We have the table dispenser and works like a charm. Lots of fast food chains using the same brand so we just add any extra napkins to the dispenser. Whole case lasts us almost 6 months and not being stingy about use either (your results will vary).

The napkins are on the thin side but have helped w excessive napkin use. They are durable.
I also bought the napkin dispenser.

Unfortunately I will not be ordering these napkins any longer I don’t appreciate the price going up $16 a case from a month ago that’s a joke as a restaurant owner I cannot justify the increase in anyway shape or form no thank you
