I think most of the issues here are dead pixels in other reviews
.. which happens with any LED or LCD screen just by chance. The monitor came in and was thoroughly packaged. I unboxed this thing and hooked it up immediatly to check dead pixels and everything was good. I’m happy with the quality of the product. It had a spray cost steal back plate which makes it all the more sturdier and is very sleak. As for display, it’s everything you want with a 1080p monitor at 75hz but saves a few bucks and is curved at that. Highly recommend and will be buying future monitors from sceptre

its a pretty lil thing for sure, color scheme is decent but nothing crazy like a 4k IPS display it doesn’t POP and wow by any means but it gets the job done. the power cord is fairly short so be sure to have a power strip or outlet with 3 feet of placement. My biggest pet peeve about this monitor is the fact that it shakes everytime I type on my keyboard, or if i make rapid movements with my mouse. The neck of the stand is soo skinny for the width of the screen that it just looks like a big bobble head on my desk. now maybe if you have one of those computer desks with the extending shelf to place your keyboard on you may not have this problem but my screen sits right in front of my keyboard and it can give me a headache sometimes if my screen is shaking all the time.
The sound on this units is…horrible. but who buys a monitor for speakers anyway right? I either use my headphones or I swithc the sound setting to use my default speakers on the laptop instead. 75hz refresh rate is not very noticable to me when im playing games but that may be a personal thing. I once had a gsync 144hz montior and i always compare screens to that. Doesnt come close. And for some games for some reason the game will freeze whenever Im changes video settings like vsync or windowed to fullscreen settings. BO4 wont even go past the loading screen when I have this monitor plugged into my laptop. There may be some settings Id have to change on the game client itself but who wants to go through that hassle.

Overall I have to say i am kind of meh about it, its a 120 dollar screen what can you say, the picture quality is great, no dead pixels, sound sucks, wobbles way to much cuz its soo light, and few hiccups with getting games to work with the monitor without having to go into settings and manually changing things around.

    The Good
I bought two of these for a dual monitor setup and they’re really nice. The picture quality is really good might have to tweak them in the monitor settings tho, and the settings are easy to navigate through.
I use this with my PS4 too and it looks really good so I’d recommend for gaming especially for the price.
The 75hz refresh rate is subtle but its there coming from a regular 60hz monitor

    The Bad
The speakers are pretty bad but I expected them to be, im just glad they have speakers, I use them mainly for my PS4 when I don’t have my headset on

The upsetting part about these monitors are that they aren’t truly edge-less, even though it says it in the description and even on the box. There is a little black bar that runs around the entire monitor (see picture). This could be a deal breaker for most people :/
At first you’ll notice it but the more time I spent with them I stopped noticing it so its okay

Trick 1: Call the color “Black Metal”. Is it metal? No, its not. It’s cheap, rough plastic.

Trick 2: The two monitors I got had been repackaged and resealed at the factory. Why are they sold as new?

Trick 3: Edgeless? TOTAL LIE. There is nothing “edgeless” about these.

1 of them had a dead pixel out of the box

the other one has a super-bright corner.

    These are trash.

First, it is 75Hz but it defaults to 60hz at least if you connect via HDMI. The only place I found it was in the graphics driver control panel under PC connections. NOT under the standard (native) Ultra HD, HD, SD. Windows 10 settings menu is always a terrible excuse for administrative controls, you’ll never find it there.

The screen bezel comes in a bit when displayed about 5mm so it’s not truely edgeless like a MacBook Pro. But it’s a sleek looking monitor that’s fairly sturdy.

I was honestly worried it might be too thin like it would break in shipping, but it’s slightly thicker than you’d expect which adds more to it’s durability.

The speakers are mostly treble, it feels very office space laptop speaker listening environment so it’s fine for news clips and YouTube but if you want to listen to music you’ll probably opt for headphones or a smart speaker of some kind to get any background or atmospherics unless you want it all treble and no bass. 7/10

Overall I’m satisfied, it’s a good match with my budget gaming PC, it doesn’t overstress because of 144hz or 4k issues without an expensive graphics card.

That in mind it’s not 1440 or 4k so it’s a nice LED curved monitor but if you press your face to the screen you can see very super tiny led pixels but then you’re just getting the screen all oily.

If these are big issues for you then you should be spending $500+ on a monitor and graphics card each because that’s where the market is as of Mar/2020.

This is my first monitor above 75hz(okay technically 74hz but close enough). Despite what the reviews say, it does indeed do 75hz. My issue the first time around was that I was using a Display port to HDMI. (I know basic knowledge, we all have those days) Regardless the picture is pretty nice. However there edgless~ish. The black metal colored plastic (very rough plastic though) bezel makes it look pretty edgeless. But if you line 3 of these up and play Forza with the surrounded display turned on I see a difference in bezel sizes between other monitors on the market. The speakers on the monitor are far from nice. They are flat, but you can tell what’s going through them at least.

Overall its a good monitor for the price. Please, do your research before you write a review and make sure you have taken all the steps to troubleshoot an issue with the product to make sure it isn’t user error.

First off, the actual monitor is nice. I bought two of them and they line up nicely.
I have never had a curved screen before and I like it. But….

    1. This is NOT Edgeless as you can see from the pictures. Yes there is smaller casing around the edge of the monitor but the visible screen does NOT go to the edge.
    2. Tried as I might I can not get these monitors to the refresh rate of 75hz, the highest I seem to get is 60hz. I have updated all drivers, tried multiple different cables, uninstalled drivers and software and reinstalled it again. I have even lowered the resolution to see if the claimed 75hz works at a lower resolution and there is no sign of it.

So, two out of the three reasons I bought these monitors was a lie.

This monitor is amazing and well worth the money I was a little skeptical at first but when I received it it completely changed my mind this thing is awesome the only problem I have is I wanted two of them for my gaming setup I purchased one of them for a $180 and when I went to purchase another one they’re now trying to sell it for $500 which really sucks because now I can’t complete the rest of my gaming setup with the matching monitor this monitor is worth $180 all day but not worth $500 hopefully they fix it so that way I can purchase another one but other than that it is worth it

Got two of these, and they’re awesome! Sound isn’t so great but I didn’t buy these for sound. Picture is very good and the added 75hz is noticeable while gaming, 25% increase over 60hz. I wanted to buy three but I was worried about quality, now I’m wishing I would have got three. Definitely recommend!

The media could not be loaded.

I bought this curve for its size and price and was worth it. Everything was very easy to set up and it looked really great! However, once i got everything set up, i realized there was something on my screen. I tried moving my screen but it was still there. Then my reaction was ‘…****!’. Then i went to try to feel it with my fingers but the outer screen feels smooth like well…a screen. So the only thing left is that it was internal….sadlife

So, I’m not really one to write reviews, to return things if I’m displeased, anything really. I’m not fond of making a fuss. However the monitor here was enough that when I hooked it up I immediately started researching how to return it.

    The good:

    1) It’s small; which is good for some people!
    2) It IS curved; which is more than I can say for some monitors touting this feature
    3) It’s sturdier than it looked; which is a huge bonus!
    4) When asking for a refund it was VERY quick and easy, however I’m not sure if that is Amazon doing it or the company as I haven’t received the money back yet, I simply got the label to send it back. Again, this is my first time asking for a refund so I’m not sure how this works.
    5) It came with an HDMI cable and two clips to hold it nicely to the stand, and a small screwdriver for the attaching of the stand to it. Nice touch~

    The bad:

    1) As others have mentioned, it’s not truly edgeless.
    2) The screen was blurry for me, no matter how much I fiddled with the settings it was always blurry (I wear glasses, I don’t have this problem with my previous monitor or any other screens). I tried it on my laptop, my desktop, my xbox one s, my ps4 AND my switch, and all of them had these visual issues described in the negative points.
    3) The 75Hz…. oh boy okay so I fought HARD with it to get it anywhere close, and the most I got was 60Hz and I had to go through an obscure method to get there and it only worked on my desktop, all the other things I tried it on didn’t even get to 60Hz. It wouldn’t stay at that rate and it flickered between that and lower often enough to make me feel ill even though I only tried it for a half hour. I don’t get motion sick from anything so this was a new and unpleasant experience for me…
    4) The power cable I received was defective, requiring the old “bend” trick to get the power to stay on. This, however, I’m assuming is just a case of getting a bad cable as every other review I’ve seen hasn’t mentioned it. The casing around the cable is very thin as well, although I’m not sure if that’s normal now?
    5) The speakers; but at this point I’m just going to assume that everyone knows monitor speakers are trash and that’s what you’re expecting.
    6) The screen again, the colours – no matter how much I tried – had this weird brown shade. I threw on my most brightly coloured game and it looked like I was about to play a war shooter. Gritty, brown and washed out. Fiddling with the contrast, hue, saturation and brightness did not change this enough to mention here.
    7) The screwdriver provided was too small for the screws provided, so I had to work very hard to not strip the screws and in the end I just ended up using my own screwdriver because I knew that it would keep the screws intact.

I’ll update this later if something goes wrong with the return process, but so far that’s all I’ve got to say.

I have never had a Curved monitor, but after trying out this monitor I can assure you I will never go back to standard flat monitors. It looks great, and has very slight wobble. The only thing I can complain about is the glare, but if you turn down the room lighting it isn’t noticeable. The Monitor speakers are awful, don’t use them. Overall, I am very happy with the product and the speed of the shipping!
