Great product if you like espresso / strong coffee!!! Comes with quite a few flavors to choose from and get your taste buds started! So many directions but actually very easy to use. Pods recycle themselves into tower at back of coffee maker. Water tank can be filled up to the top and use while you go, leave some for the next time so don’t have to pour water every single time and therefore saving time…..!!! Loving this product!!! 🙂

We just got it delivered this evening and were so excited to try it out that we made a decaf latte with one of the included pods. We did a bit of research and returned a different machine before landing on this one, but this is a keeper. All of this is coming from a former barista! Pro tip, pick yourself up a bottle of Torani or other syrup, and add 1 or 2 oz to your drink!

I absolutely love this espresso system, but my machine broke within 4 months of purchase and the ‘warranty’ does not include replacement. The Nespresso Club was very helpful and responsive in troubleshooting, but ultimately agreed that the machine was defective. They offered to repair it, which would involve me adequately packing and shipping the heavy, fragile machine that, by their own admission, is a factory defect. This is not easy to cheap to do, and if I’m going to the trouble, I do not want this machine back. I rest want to own a working Nespresso machine, but I no longer trust the quality after this experience.

I wasn’t sure about this purchase. I am a coffee lover and missing Starbucks due to COVID. But this machine has mad all the difference in the world. Unlike old school cappuccino machines, you just drop in the pod! no need to tamp down the espresso or empty grinds or worry about water pressure. The machine does all the work and the aerrocino is simply amazing. I have made drinks that mirror the taste and quality of Starbucks or fancy coffee houses. It is a little expensive, due to the cost of pods, but worth it.

I absolutely love this machine! The coffee is delicious. Even though the pods are a little bit expensive, it’s still way less expensive than going to Starbucks. One of my favorite purchases!

This thing was worth the money! I love it so much! Its super easy to use, and simple to clean. I like that the water tank detaches so I can just take it and refill it at the sink. I love that it automatically knows what kind of coffee I’m making.
The only thing I’d say is unless you want hot foam on your coffee a lot don’t spring for the milk steamer. I usually like cold foam and it does that, but you have to wash it between every use and the little $10 hand mixers for foam honestly work just as well and are way easier to clean.

Not user friendly make sure you read the instructions. Coffee was okay but definitely had a high caffeine content, I was having anxiety from it.
