I looked at all the pillows and had just about given up from all the comments, until I found this Serta pillow and the positive comments convinced me to give it a try. I selected the firm pillow and have had my best sleep in
years. I plan to get a couple more for the guest bedroom. The pillow is soft yet firm and gives my neck good support sleeping on back or side.

I just purchased these Serta pillows, they definitely are not firm pillows, they are very squishy, however, they are nicely made, soft, and a little bounce back from the microfiber, but I can tell they will wear out over time. I will use them less and lay on the memory foam pillows I purchased instead. I still like them, but they provide no support for people who need a firm pillow and sleep on their side mostly. Also, I will be purchasing a vinyl cover for them to avoid them getting dirty, as they come with no extra cover.

I think buying pillows are difficult, especially if you can’t find the same make and model of your current pillows you want to replace. Also there’s comfort levels, firm, medium or soft (and combinations thereof); side or back sleepers; and finally what they are made of, down, down alternative and foam (and any combination therof). I have Serta pillows on my guest bed and my guests love them. For my husband and my bed, it’s time to replace, but I couldn’t find “my” pillows. I bought this set a week ago and we love them! It’s hard to describe the “Illusion”. The pillow cradles your head. I sleep on both my side and back. They work for both. They are as they describe, medium firm. Perfect! I highly recommend this product!

In lieu of further travel during the Pandemic, we rented a highend waterfront cabin that was over $700/night (more than I hope to ever spend on an accommodation again!) and they had the best pillows, on par with the priciest of hotels we’ve stayed in. I checked the pillows and they were Serta. We ordered these and they are the same. What a wonderful pillow. I’ve spent 2-3 times this amount on a pillow in the past and the quality was not near these. They are like a nice, weighty down pillow, one that feels so good to rest ones head on after a long day. I’m a Serta fan from here forward.

It’s not a bad pillow, really, but the name is unfortunate, since it behaves nothing whatsoever like down. I actually came across these at a brick-and-mortar and liked how they felt when I squeezed them, but they were out of stock. Since I’d already encountered them in person, I felt emboldened to buy them online. But what felt like down to my hands could not fool my head. The main quality that a down pillow has is that it molds around your head into a soft but supportive shape. These pillows were far too resilient: it always felt a bit like they were fighting me, pushing on my head. They simply didn’t have enough give. So now I use them as clutch pillows, and I like them for that, but so far I haven’t found any substitute for a down pillow but a new down pillow.
