This swing is not worth the money spent.. It has several settings but only goes 1 speed. Also makes a very loud clicking noise which is very irritating when trying to get settle and infant! Will be returning!

Machine would shut off after being on for about a minute. Also made a clunking sound. I called the company and they told me to take a video of it happening and email it to them. At what point while juggling fussy twins straight out of NICU do I have time to take a video of this defective swing and email it? Sent it back to Amazon. Not getting another one.

Not sure if I received a defective unit or not but the speed does not adjust and it’s uncomfortably fast for a newborn. The quality of the materials is nice and it was easy to set up but for the cost it would be nice if it worked as advertised, as it is it’s just going to collect dust until it’s returned.

Where to start… 1. Comfort is nonexistent, baby kept slouching/sliding down. There isn’t an insert or anything to help support baby neck or body. I had to make and use anything to find some type of support for baby. 2. Makes a VERY loud clicking noise making it hard to keep baby asleep. 3. Large and takes up too much room. All around 0’s.

Really easy to assemble. We had a different rocker/swing that was recalled, so we purchased this instead. Baby isn’t due until Aug 1, so can’t say if baby will love it or not, but as for right now it seems very sturdy and all the speed settings work. Again, really easy to assemble, which I appreciate!

We had borrowed the super expensive rockaroo for our first baby and it was great, so we bought this base model for our second baby and it is terrible. The rocking motion is way too fast, is not smooth and my baby has slowly slid out of it because the seat angle is not adjustable so she is almost sitting upright. We dont use it because I am not comfortable placing the baby in this thing.

I am not sure what they could have done to make my daughter and me hate it more. It swings so fast, I don’t understand how they think that could be comforting to a child. The adjustment dial basically just changes how much whiplash you’d like your kid to have. The fabric is slippery, so even when strapped in, she slides around. The mobile is chincy, it might as well not even be there. I honestly wish I’d researched this thing better, because I’d have gotten the one that goes side-to-side. I gave it a few months to see if she’d grow to like it, and she only hates it more. Now I’m way past the return date, and probably couldn’t even sell it on Craigslist.

I wanna like this product more, because it’s got some good things going for it, but it could stand to be a bit more refined. The design is nice and low profile. It couldn’t be easier to assemble. The rocking mechanism is acceptable. Sometimes it can get a bit wild, noisy, but fluid overall. This chair would be improved immensely with speakers that played a variety of white noise, rather than the cheap set with audio jack that comes with it. Also, I wish the mobile overhead spun mechanically. Lastly, if this thing rocked side to side, not forward and back, I think my babe would be more into it. Still, this chair is pretty handy to plop him in when you need 20min to yourself. Could be 5 stars with a few minor tweaks.
The rocker is new and turns off randomly after a few mins. After a little googling this seems to be a big issue. Very disappointed. Stay away from this product.

If you are ok with it not staying on then it’s great! This was purchased as a shower gift in Feb. Baby was born in April. We just started to use it and it won’t stay on ….and of course we are past the amazon return date!
Would like to return this for one that works properly or even upgrade to the better one but anything is better than one that doesn’t work!!!

I bought this for my 2.5 months old and it felt like he was already too big for it. It’s too small and the fabric is slippery. The rocking is nice but then again there are many rock & play’s that rock just the same and are much more comfortable and cost less.
