For starters, it arrived no damages!! The box was pretty heavier than I was expecting. Took me 25 mins to assemble, probably half the tome tv distractions 😉 It’s heavy, sturdy and my hubby said it’s pretty cute, haha

So, full disclosure, I bought this through Amazon Warehouse in “Used -Like new” condition and the description explicitly stated there was only some box damage.
The box came totally trashed, partially opened. When I opened the box, there was still a return barcode from the previous purchaser. I would suspect the damage to the desk is why it was returned and QC just didn’t look very hard(it was the first thing you saw when opening the box). The back corner is fractured/crumbling. I chose to overlook this since I plan to use it for a tv stand against a wall(so it isn’t noticeable) and it cost me $140. Had I paid anywhere near full price, I’d send it back.
Now for the good- it looks great! It’s perfect as a tv stand and very sturdy. Assembly was incredibly easy and took less time than cleaning up the packaging. It’s a less than 10 minute process. Where the Qi charger is, there is a hole in the top and bottom. I hadn’t planned for it but it’s going to be super convenient for me to manage cords since I didn’t need the charger. The drawers are decent, pulls are a little on the cheap side.
I would buy this again, but only if I got a deal.

Awful product, came damaged, took months to receive even though when I purchased it it stated a week and when I tried to cancel Oder i was unable to. Cheap particle board, dented abs paint chipping .

I ordered this two days after the desk I was very happy with the desk but it took almost 2 weeks to get here and when it got here it look like it had been returned. Chipped and one was painted over. The only shelf that lined up right was the top shelf. So good luck if you’re using a screw driver. I had to make my own jokes in the wood.

This arrived just super torn up. Almost all the corners were bent and broken, leaving jagged metal sticking out and super visible. I purchased a chair in this same brand and metal and it was also a mess. I should have known better right then. What a waste. It’s such a pretty piece, very unfortunate it’s constructed and shipped so carelessly.

I really like this bookshelf. Two of the pieces did have to be replaced because one was damaged and then there were 2 of the same piece on the bottom. So it was disappointing to not be able to put it together right away, but customer service was efficient in getting the parts replaced quickly. The bookshelf looks great, especially for the value of it. I live in a smaller NYC apartment and it fits perfectly in my living room. It’s chic and adds a nice touch to the overall space. If you have baseboards with a lip, the anti-tipping device cannot be applied; I just put the heaviest books at the bottom to keep it secure from tipping over.

I only unwrapped one piece of it and it was covered in deep scratches head to toe and bent. Looks like a return but that’s a huge oversight especially because I’ve been waiting on this item forever! Definitely not 2 day shipping. Very disappointed

For the cost of this desk, I was hoping it wouldn’t come with the amount of dents and dings in it before we even got to assemble it. The drawers do not easily open and close. In fact every time I open them or close them it shakes the whole desk, hence the low rating on sturdiness. I wanted to use this desk as a vanity station but because it shakes so easily with just the drawers moving I don’t want to risk mirrors falling off and breaking. Other than that it looks like the picture but with dents and was easy to assemble.
