It took a moment for me to figure out how to put everything together because it’s an unusual product, but oh my! The directions are easy and clear, the package had a storage carrier bag, as well as clad inserts for large clad for those who need it. I wear a wide calf boot, but did not need the insert. The heat feels so good, and the pain relief and functions are seriously worth every penny. I work on my feet all day, and this has really become the star of my pain relief regime. Wonderful product, I’m so glad I have it. Once you’re used to it, it’s very easy to use although there is a bit of a learning curve just because of how different this is compared to something like a heating pad. Again, highly recommend.

Bought this to improve poor blood circulation. The massager is made of high quality and is easy to assemble. It is well designed and the adjustable wraps hold snugly around the legs. The various control settings for pressure, heat and type of massage is basic and keep things simple and easy to use. It also packs away conveniently in the carrier bag and is lightweight for use during travel. The seller’s great customer service who kept in constant communication throughout the delivery process is another great plus point.

My husband is paralyzed but these helped with circulation. My only complaint is that he is 200 pounds and they were snug. We also really needed the whole upper thigh I misunderstood the picture.

I got this product and everything looks good but I want more out of this product. It does air pressure but I want more than air pressure. I was looking for a machine that it does air pressure plus a message. This one only does air. I am giving it a five star because the air works very well and more important the customer service was excellent. Easy to reach and they work well with you.

It’s easy to use. Wrap them up around the knee and the feet, then switch on the massager. There are a few modes that you can choose from. With the options of min or max heat or no heat; Min, Mid, Min or no Air pressure; and different massaging modes. Very comfortable and relief the foot pains. It came with a small bag where the product can be store easily after usage. Highly recommend it.

I bought this product and I like it very much. It massages the leg and foot well and heats the knees. Unfortunately about a month after buying it, I ran into problem with the remote. When I turn on the heat, it shuts down the whole system. So I notified the merchant with video of what was happening. The merchant responded promptly with an excellent customer service and though it was past the return period, the merchants sent me a new unit and let me have the old unit that I can still use without the knee heating part.
I greatly appreciate how the merchant, FIT KING reacted to my request and handled the situation. As an engineer, I perfectly understand that merchants don’t have control over the manufacturing/production of items they carry and sell but they do nevertheless have control over their customer service. Just because an item is great does not guarantee that it won’t have a defect. So without any reservation I give 5 stars + to FIT KING.

The heated knee pads are awesome feature to help with body joint chills. Have been suffered joint chills after the menopause. It is also helping with my swelling feet after standing all day at work.
Wonderful products for those who suffered arthritis.

I bought the FIT KING Foot and Leg Massager for my husband and he loves it. He says it relieves his knee and leg pain. It’s very easy to use offers several massage style options. My husband really likes the knee heat. We initially had a problem with the controller but FIT KING resolved it right away. Their customer service is excellent. I highly recommend this product.

After using this for 10-20 minutes, my swelling is reduced! Works great after long shift on my feet. The heated knee pads are an awesome feature of this product.
