I bought this fan to supplement the window air conditioner in my bedroom. it does exactly what I wanted. Circulates the cool air from the opposite side of the room so it’s not just in one spot. I feel like I got a bargain.

Exactly what I wanted! (Update) I have now purchased another one for my mother. This fan is worth getting more for all my rooms.
I researched for weeks, online and in the stores for a fan for my bedroom (in Florida). I read reviews for every “top” name brand, in every style. Then, I found and ordered this kick-ass fan. Easy to assemble base and it’s perfectly stable on my half-shag carpet. I have 2 cats that are afraid of their own shadows, and they were merely curious about the fan for only a minute.
It fits perfectly in the corner of my tiny, 12’x11′ ft area. The remote works perfect, I love having control over it night, without having to get up to change the settings.
The air flow has 3 very distinct levels. The LOW is smooth and slightly audible. HIGH is enough to move the wind chimes that are dangling from the ceiling, on opposite side of the room. With a timer and sleep mode, this fan will only disappoint those that may have revieved a damaged product, or those that can never be satisfied. The ambient temperature setting is also a treat! It’s nice to know that when it reads 82°F, it is not because of a “hotflash”! It’s because, I have a crappy AC.
This is great for light, and sound sleepers alike. I am going to order one for my lanai too.

This fan is wonderful! Light white noise puts you to sleep and makes you so cool at night. Very worth the price. It has a small remote and many features that make it nice statement in your room!

Y’all I am a fan snob, for real! My fan died 3 months ago and I have been on the hunt for the fan to end all fans since then. Finally! Finally! I have the one fan to rule all other fans. My Antarctic Star Tower Fan is amazing. I had to suffer through a Lasko box fan, which sounds like a hurricane, for the past month. Compared to that box fan, the Antarctic Star Tower Fan sounds like a fluffy white snowfall. It is just that lovely. The fact that it oscillates, is just the bees knees! I love that it gently blows the freezing cold, snowfall air back and forth, allowing my hair to gently blow in the breeze. The different modes, and the timer, OH MY GOODNESS!!!! Look, I am just going to have to by 5 more for each room! Trust me you want this fan!!!!!

After having and using this tower / floor fan for the past couple of months, I can safely say that I am surprisingly impressed by it. For the price it really can’t be beat and the design is super minimal and chic. This is coming from someone who purchased a $400+ Dyson bladeless fan a few years ago, mind you! The Dyson is great, but this is actually smaller, I feel like, and it has to be close to if not just as quiet. Small criticism would be that I find the buttons on the top of the unit somewhat hard to immediately discern what function does what, but I don’t think it is worth taking off from the score because of this. I do like that the controls are right on top, all of the controls, unlike the Dyson (which was never fun watching friends fumble around trying to find how to turn it on, or how to turn it up). Again, for the price, I can’t imagine you can do much better.

My room gets hotter than any other room in the house. I typically try to keep my windows shut and turn off lights/ things that emit heat when I am not in it. This fan made it seem like you could get it to change the temperature in your room, but it cant do that. It just shows you the temperature in your room and gives you the option to use low med or high wind power and oscillate your room. The air blows as cool as a fan without a cooling aspect.
