I’m 16, 5’1, 108 pounds, and bought a size 14. It ended up fitting really well for me at least, I like the loose look. It’s a little see thru but I bought it just for the collar and I’m very pleased it looks good with a long sleeve shirt. Also the price is good 10/10

This simple top is “just right.” It isn’t too pricey, to large or small, it’s a comfortable school shirt and easily worn.
STYLE: This is a classic white “peter pan collar” blouse with simple styling. There are no frills to hem of cuff, at shoulder or upon the collar.
QUALITY: The blouse is made of a somewhat “sturdy” pollster/cotton blend that is neither scratchy, nor too stiff. Stains come out a bit. I have used Clorox and the shirt endures!
SIZING: Our 8.5 year old is petite (20th %) and the size 7 is perfect for her: length of shirt not too long, body width not too wide, and sleeve length just right.
IRONING: You can iron if you want “extra crisp” but we take out of dryer, shake, hang it up and that’s that.

The way they describe doesn’t say the shirts are huge. I’ve trued to send it back back have to pay and costs doesn’t worth the return! Bad seller for not beginning specific about the size of the item or sizes!

My daughter attends Catholic School and after seeing the school uniform prices I decided to shop around. This is the same shirt that the uniform store carries but at a fraction of the cost. Also, my daughter is going into her fifth year wearing this brand of shirt and every time I buy, the shirt stays crisp and white and fits quite nicely. I will definitely continue to buy this in the next size as my daughter grows.

First year at a private school and we have purchased this in the blue and white in the long sleeve and short sleeve. Light material, and quality. However, material is a little thin and we usually wear it under the jumpers or under a sweater. I personally would not send her to school with this as the only top on in white, but the blue was fine.
When I wash it we CAN wear it without ironing if I pull it out of the dryer ASAP.

Great for winter uniform, under the pinafore. Material is light and soft. My 6yo daughter likes it. I got the size 8 for her and it fits well (not huge) with room to grow. Identical but much cheaper than the shirt they have at the uniform shop too.

This was excellent service. They even phoned me from goodness knows where to check the order details. It arrived quickly and the quality is excellent. There is a very significant ‘but’ though. It is sized at a 20, but chest measures only 42”, a size 14. They need to address this serious issue, as the discrepancy is huge, a whole 6”.

I needed a nice quality for returning to school in the fall and because they are young children needed something light weight also that would complement their uniforms it’ll be a perfect fit for a fall mornings walking to school. Nice for the price point not expensive but nice quality of fabric a little stretch . Great staple item in wardrobe, just purchased so will update review in the fall. Okay and then not having to beat the crowd in this pandemic makes it worth every penny. Recommend to everyone. Stay safe

At the current price of $10.38, these shirts/blouses are completely overpriced because they’re basically see-through. Maybe not a problem if your child is wearing a camisole under or a sweatshirt over it – but without anything underneath is completely impossible to use anywhere outside the house. I bought these for $5/piece so I decided to keep them; but would not recommend spending more if you’re looking for something that can be worth without anything under/over it.

This is a nice blouse. Sweet little collar. Perfect for wearing under jumpers, etc.
*But consider the size of your child before ordering*. After reading many, many reviews on several shirts from the French Toast line, I followed the advice of the majority and ordered a size up for my 12-going-on-13 year old daughter. She is very, very skinny. She weighs 60lbs, and is 60″ tall. But even reviews relating to skinny children seemed to indicate that these shirts run exceptionally small. The size 14 is huge on her! At least three inches on EACH side. I should have ordered a 12. Or possibly even a 10. I’d say these shirts run true to size. My daughter usually wears a 10, and sometimes a 12…if we want it to be a little bigger on her. So if your child is the same, order the size you normally purchase.

I thought I clicked on a ladies size 14 but the size defaulted to girls. Size 14. As a result it won’t fit the lady I ordered the shirt for as a Christmas gift. This company delivers quality goods..be certain to check your size before you finalize the order.

I purchased two of these for my SUPER SLIM girls to wear to an Irish Step Dance event. My oldest daughter is 55″ tall and weighs 61 pounds. She wears a 10 super slim in jeans. I ordered her a size 10 in this shirt, and it fits great. I can only pinch an inch on either side of the shirt when it’s on her, so if your child is average or plus-size, this shirt will probably be too snug. My other daughter is 45.5″ tall and weighs 43 pounds. She wears a 6 slim in jeans. I ordered her a size 6 in this shirt, and it, too, fits great. For both shirts: the sleeves end right at the wrists, and the fabric is thin and crisp. I only wish the shirts were longer as they would untuck from my girls’ skirts whenever they raised their arms or ran around. For the price I paid, I’m happy with the purchase. I rarely find department store tops that fit my girls’ slim torsos as great as this one, so I would have to say that these are SLIM-FITTED shirts.
