I was excited to use this lightweight battery operated blower on our 22’x24′ deck and front stoop 2 or 3 times last fall when it was received. I was a little uncertain that the battery charged fully, but it worked for the little I needed it. I have attempted to use it a couple of times this spring, and it runs for 2 seconds and quits. I release the trigger, and then press again and it works 2 seconds. I have contacted customer service twice via email per guidelines on the order. And after 3 weeks later, I have not been contacted by customer service for support/product replacement.

Update again—- after I couldn’t get through to greenworks to replace my charger (either their call que was full or 48 people in front of me), Amazon replaced it for me. They sent me a new one and that one didn’t work out of the box. I replaced that one, and the newest one didn’t work out of the box either!!! I’ve tried it in multiple outlets (even where another greenworks 40v charger is normally plugged in) I even just left the battery in it hopeful that maybe the lights in the charger didn’t work- nope, still didn’t charge. So here I am, 3 chargers into this and not one that works yet!
Update- My battery charger stopped working after less than 2 months. I emailed customer support twice over the past two weeks with no response . I tried calling today and just get a message saying their message que has reached it’s limit and to try again tomorrow. The warranty is going to be up before I can even talk to anyone!
original- I’ve only used this so far the clean up my back patio and around the house. It’s very light weight and easy to use, and has enough power for what i need. I used it for probably 15 minutes and the batter was still going.

I haven’t tested out the battery life as I gave up using it before it went out (about 3 mins).
It can barely blow any leaves on my turf.
I just returned it.
It may work better to blow leaves on concrete surface.

I used it 3 times to clean the desk for about 10 minutes and the battery does not keep its charge, this is new, how is it possible to malfunction already. What Amazon going to do, I have always been impress in the past by the quality of their products. Let me know.
I am expecting a new battery and charger replacement without charge.

I would have given this blower 5 stars if the battery was interchangeable with my weed trimmer from the same company. Battery ratings are the same, but they changed the design and one doesn’t fit in the other.
What were they thinking??

Do you need to blow over a house of cards? If so, this is the perfect blower to knock one over, as long as you get close to it. If it is guarded by slavering hell hounds then I suggest you look elsewhere because you would need to be damn close.

This little blower is perfect for small jobs. The battery lasts about 10 minutes which is all I need for clearing the patio and paved walks after mowing. It is light weight and easy to direct. Don’t try to use it to pile leaves or move large amounts of sticks, leaves, etc. Battery takes less than an hour to charge so you can do it while you are mowing. Love this thing.

I’ve had a gas blower for many years and for those many years most of the time I cannot start it. Oh sure, I have asked a guy or two to start it and they can but say oh you need to do this or that. The last guy said you replace gas line inside the tank, I actually did that too but can’t ever get the thing to stay on. I absolutely did not want an electric blower and hassle with a cord. I bought one of these for my sister on her birthday. So I decided to test it out and sure enough I loved it. I quickly ordered her another one (thank you Amazon for delivering on Sundays!) and she loves it too. If I were to do it over again I would get the next model up for a longer battery time and more air power. I have a big tree in my front yard with lots of leaves. This model if perfect for light blowing. And I use it too in my kitchen too – I blow the dog hair off the tile floor – straight out the sliding glass door.

Bought this back in Feb 2021 but I hardly used it and have only charged it twice; once when I first received it and a second time after using briefly).
Now, I want to charge the battery, the charger won’t and says that there is no battery. The battery isn’t even completely drained so either the charger is bad, or the battery is absolutely unreliable.
Wished I had used this more when I first received it, and returned it when I got the chance.
Bought this unit to dry my car, but unfortunately doesn’t work very well for that purpose and I should’ve bought a stronger one. Works OK for blowing leaves off my driveway though, and some light snow off my car.
Contacted support and let’s see what happens…

We use this to blow off our patio, we used to hose it down, but this we can walk on immediately and it saves water!

I love this and use it several times every day. It’s lightweight, fast to recharge and makes life so much easier!!! Highly recommend. My husband has the 80v same brand and he likes that but it’s way too heavy for me.

Great blower. A lot more power than I thought. A good value. Short battery life, but in 10-14 minutes, can get the driveway cleared with plenty of charge left.Forget ad’s talking of MPH. What you are looking for is CFM. This one is about 320 CFM. A number of them have more MPH but less CPM. Go for CPM, forget MPH.
