Good value for good price. Easy assembly and use. Better than a broom!
I don’t use the hanger recharge device because don’t have available plug nearby. Yet easy removal of battery and quick recharge is fine.
Just remember it’s not the expensive brand.

I purchased this vacuum on Prime Day in June 2021. I did not realize that it was sold by Woot (which is still part of Amazon, but not directly Amazon). The vacuum arrived and worked okay- the suction wasn’t great but I’m vacuuming hardwood floors and low rugs so it was fine.
Last week (less than two months after purchasing the vacuum, August 2021) I charged the battery overnight. I turned on the vacuum and it only worked for a few minutes (the indicator on the battery showed it was fully charged before suddenly flashing the red low charge light and shutting off). I followed the trouble shooting advice on Amazon’s website and on Eufy’s website. I saw that I missed the return window by two weeks, but Amazon did give me Eufy’s contact info.
The customer service rep for Eufy’s online chat was very helpful and told me they would send me a new battery if I just emailed them proof of purchase and my shipping address. I emailed Eufy the required information, but the email customer service started asking for more proof. I have sent videos like the one I attached to my review demonstrating that the vacuum does not work. They keep asking for more demonstrations and more proof as if I am lying.
I called Amazon, who connected me back to Eufy/Anker. The phone customer service rep for Eufy promised me a refund after I provided all the information that I had already given the chat and email reps. Days later, there is no pending refund in my account.
I have now received another email from Eufy asking for more proof that the vacuum doesn’t work, this time they want me to prove that the suction isn’t that good. I have told them repeatedly that if Amazon would let me return this vacuum, I would. I would buy a different brand.
I have several Anker power banks and charging cables, and thought highly of the Anker/Eufy brand before this vacuum. I do not recommend this vacuum and would caution against buying any of their other products after this incident.

I bought this as a handy device to clean up dog food spills and pet hair when I wasn’t in the mood to use my excellent Shark vacuum. I have used this cordless Eufy all over my house on hardwood floors, delicate hand woven rugs, even dog beds. I have a lot of arthritis and bad knees and this light weight, well balanced tool makes it possible for me to do a quick pass to pick up visible crumbs, etc. easily. The battery life is good, I don’t need to hold the ON button down while cleaning and I’m able to take canister off and empty it with little effort. The suction is strong enough to clean a low pile rug and also has a power boost button to boost power if needed. This has been a surprisingly excellent find.

Just got this today and charged it up to test. Not 1 minute into vacuuming a low pile carpet, the felt pads on the bottom started coming off. This was very disappointing. The rest of the unit seemed to be good. On low (regular) power, it had decent suction. At high power, it had a turbo-like high pitched whine but also a much more powerful suction. The canister is fairly small so this isn’t a replacement for a full sized vacuum but great for small to medium jobs.
The battery needs to be plugged in manually to charge rather than placing the vacuum into the cradle. Not great but also not the end of the world. I haven’t used a full charge yet mainly because of the felt pads falling off but using the couch attachment worked well but the felt pads are also starting to come off. I might have to just super glue the felt pads back on but it’s kind of annoying. Otherwise, it’s a pretty good deal if you don’t mind gluing the pads back on.
*Edit*
6/4 – I was contacted by the seller and was offered another unit. They also offered an attachment kit for my troubles and returning the defective unit. To be fair, it was only the 2 attachments where the felt started coming off. The new unit works great (just like the first one) and no issues with the felt pads on the attachments.
I changed my star rating because it’s a solid unit and a great value.

Vacuum works very well in the kitchen on hardwood floors and on tile. Wouldn’t use it for everyday cleaning of rugs and throughout the whole house but it’s great for those quick little picker uppers.
