Amazon Customer –
These headphones are great for watching movies, listening to music, completing online training classes or anywhere else you are not required to talk. However, the deep bass they mention is lacking. Unfortunately using these headphones during a phone call, Zoom call, WebEx, etc. are lacking as microphone quality is lacking and impacts the ability for the remote side to hear you. On two occasions, during a zoom conference, I asked if everyone could hear me and was told by multiple individuals that it sounded really muffled and hard to hear.
If you just want these to just listen, then by all mean purchase as they are great for that but if you plan on using during conference calls, online classes, etc. where you must speak find something better.

I bought these when my old headphones went out. I’d had my previous pair for going on five years. I know, unheard of. I just wanted a pair that were noise cancelling, wireless and had a long charge life. These delivered and then some! These cancel alllll the noise, EVER! When I have them on, I cannot hear anything outside of what’s playing in my ears. I tested the theory with my two toddler nephews, Baby Shark and Paw Patrol and a 15 year old on his PS. These headphones blocked it all! They are very comfortable, the sound quality is awesome and the mic is crystal clear. I easily connected them to my phone, iPad and laptop. I’m impressed. May buy a pair for my office.
