These headphones sound nice out of the box. Natural, Open. However once you go to the EQ….. Oh Man, Oh Man, The sound goes best in the market and this is what I care most. ANC is not Bad, however that is not the most important part.
Sound is wide, crystal Clear and the Bass is powerful and not boomy but accurate and fast.

Liked the way it slips into the ear and becomes part of the ear with out any effort not to mention the ANC noise canceling and clear voice it delivers

I love JBL speakers and headsets, so when I picked these up, my expectation was high. But, problems plagued these earbuds.
Good
The sound was great!
It has an equalizer that helps me adjust my settings.
Bad
The connection with the app was terrible with my phone. I have a Samsung Galaxy 21, and it had a lot of issues. To get to personalize settings, you need to download the app. The app, most of the time, never connects, which defaults to factory default. Noise-canceling did not work well or ever worked. Also, adjusting the earbuds in the ear had an odd static sound with the noise canceling.
Overall, for 179 to 200, this was not a good buy. I did return it to buy something new. For the price, I should not be having these issues. I have had $49 Bluetooth earbuds that had a better connection. The sound was great. But, the connection and noise-canceling issues destroyed the experience. For the price, this is a skip.

I must admit I was skeptical at first. Turns out that it has a equalizer built in.. that solved any issue I was worried about.. I also have headphone at home that did the same thing.. makes it a premium product in my eyes. Everything sounds awesome across the board. I have some cheap knock offs that do have better battery life but not the same sound quality. Of course I haven’t had any ANC earbuds before so this gives me an odd sensation that I do prefer.

I absolutely love these earbuds. Disclaimer: I have only used JBL ear buds and headphones while listening to music or movies on my iPhone. I have been using the JBL Tune750BTNC over the head earphone for a couple of years. This summer I found the 750BTNC headphones to be hot while taking long walks through Brooklyn. I thought I would try the Tour Pro Earbuds to have less to carry and keep cooler. They are definitely cooler and They’re pretty comfortable however after about an hour of listening the concha area of my ears begin to fatigue. I simply adjust the fit allowing me to go longer. I experience similar fatigue on the helix area of ears using over the head headphones (Sennheiser HD280, Sony MDR2506 and the JBL Tune750BTNC). I have been a fan of JBL’s sound for many years. Unfortunately JBL does have a cheap-o line which is pretty awful but their mid to pro level equipment is pretty awesome. The Tour Pro’s sound is plush and sweet. The Noise canceling feature is great! I walk through the Fulton Mall and nearly everything from yelling people and boom boxes to construction almost vanishes. The Talk Through mode is helpful for crossing the street and talking to people. The charge lasts a long time. I really like these earbuds and recommend them.

Once I my fit. The headphones guided me! The sound is great! Noise canceling works when music plays perfectly, if You want quiet without music not so much. These cool phones even churp when not seated in the charger correct. Great choice!

Bought for XMas for my 16yo son. He breaks everything so I didn’t want to buy him the expensive ones made by his phone brand. These were significantly cheaper, although I got them on sale or daily deal, either way they work great and are comparable in every way. Highly recommend!
