Bought for my 4 and 6 year olds. One worked for about a week. The other one is working still at 2 weeks out but doesn’t seem like it will last too much longer. Changed the batteries but it didn’t make any difference. When I opened the battery compartment there was water inside. Like other people said my kids had a hard time turning it on/off by themselves. 6 yo figured it out eventually, 4 yo never did. Not worth wasting your money on. Just bought Target brand battery operated kids toothbrushes and they seem like the exact same make as these. Hopefully they will last longer though!

They came and neither one worked and now it’s saying I can’t return them either.

Solimo (Amazon) brand products can be hit or miss when compared to their name brand counterparts. These electric toothbrushes are definitely a win and comparable in quality and function to their name brand (Colgate, Oral-B) counterparts of kid’s toothbrushes. The kids (ages 3-7) can easily operate these independently and these brushes seem to do a good job based on post-brushing inspections.
Each kid here has a different toothbrush (Solimo, Colgate, and Oral-B) and all three are of similar size. The Oral-B is slightly longer and the Solimo is slightly thicker, but overall they are very similar. Longevity of the brushes are also similar. The on/off switch on the Colgate and Oral-B are slightly easier to manipulate than the Solimo, so I’ll give them the edge in that department. The big difference is that Solimo doesn’t have characters on the toothbrushes like the name brands do. The Solimo is a better value at $8.97 for two brushes, and the other brands run closer to $5 for one. The other brands probably fetch a premium based on the characters and nothing about the toothbrushes themselves.
Overall I’d give these Solimo toothbrushes four stars and would purchase again.

My 2 kids (age 6 and 8) are getting all their big teeth and their teeth-brushing habits needed some improving. I have not had to remind them to brush their teeth ONCE in the 2 weeks since I got them these brushes. They love them and are so excited every time they use them. Which makes me a happy momma.
They are pretty hard to turn on. You have to push the button really hard. My 6 and 8 yr olds can turn them on, it just took a couple days to get used to them. Sometimes this is actually a good thing because then my 3 year knows he can’t play with them.

Thought I would give these a try since it’s 2 for the price of my kids normal oral-B’s. Junk! They’re really loud, my kids can’t turn on and off by themselves (ages 5 & 7) and the yellow one stopped working after one use. Waste of time and money. I will go back to oral-b who I have never had issues with. Just wanted to save a few bucks.

These were much cheaper in price than any other child’s electric toothbrush I found… To be honest I had low expectations, but wanted to try them out to see if the kids would like them before I Purchased a more expensive option. Well, these totally blew me away… So far they are great, kids love them, and honestly if they break, for the price… I will probably order the exact same again

My son had a children’s sonicare toothbrush for years but the sticker plates always got grungy looking and I never felt like I could really clean the handle base. I started looking into rotating toothbrush heads to see if they would improve his cleaning, but I couldn’t pull the trigger on the more expensive brands, not knowing if he would refuse to use it. I saw this set being sold and thought it was a steal to get 2 to try out. My son used the first one for 4 months before the brushes were too beat up. I like the power in these toothbrushes and the longevity of the battery life. I think these toothbrushes are great for kids who are lazy at brushing their teeth 🙂

We were using brand name electric toothbrushes for our daughters but switched to the Solimo brand since we’ve been really happy with everything else Solimo that we’ve ordered. So far, these toothbrushes are fantastic. My daughters love the bright polka dot colors and the buttons to turn them on and off are super easy to use – even for my 3 1/2-year-old.
