Had problems with Aqua Joe products in the past, was hoping they would improve. They seem to leak right away unable to use.

Didn’t work right. I think it was a defective one. I couldn’t stop the water flow without turning off the hose. Returning it. First product from the *Joe products that I was disappointed in. Also just used a ton of soap very wasteful I wish I didn’t use the expensive stuff to test it.

Broken trigger when I received it.

I unboxed the product and the handle can not be depressed since the locking device is broken and is free floating inside of the handle. I was VERY excited to try this out but can not.

As mentioned in other reviews I read, the trigger is flimsy. It sticks in the on position and it requires 2 hands and manual manipulation to release the “Unlock”. This looks like a good idea but but Aqua Joe should recall and fix the issue. I’ll be returning the product and not asking for a replacement

The water on/off handle broke 5 minutes after hooking it up! needs some re-tooling and will be a great product!

Changing nozzles requires turning off the water at the faucet which means walking back and forth. All nozzles do not snap in. Water cannot be turned off at the nozzle. Very flimsy trigger.

From the old school where suds means cleaning. Sprayed this on my TrailBlazer, hit it with my big brush and sparkling again. Used 2oz of a solution that I also found on Amazon. Truck was really dirty from the salt brine that had been put down. Only issue that I had is that package was missing the extra nozzle, I called customer service and they were all over it, received a replacement in a couple of days. I have previously bought other items from Aqua Joe have they have all been well made and top notch.
