Only used once. I must be use to my dull knives because this sucker went though a raw Idaho potato like butter. I like the looks, handling, and performance. I got a special during Amazon prime. I’ll buy a bigger one if I can afford it.

This knife is beyond my expectation! It’s very good quality! And it has texture in the hand. I try to cut apples and watermelons. It’s very easy to use!

I go through paring knives like other people go through paper plates. I like them razor sharp, and my family members thing that a little, razor sharp knife is perfect for cutting through cardboard, or whittling, or heaven knows what else. So, I bought a set of paring knives with bright plastic handles and this one, too. I hide this one and my beloved family members are stuck using the knives with the pretty colors.
This is a terrific little knife. It has stayed razor sharp through dozens of bushels of fruit (for pie or cobbler) or potatoes, of whatever else I decide I want a sharp little knife for. I then hand wash it and it goes back to its hiding place. Whatever I need it for, it’s waiting for me, sharp as a razor. I swear I could cut my hair with it!
The knives with the colored handles? Alas, they are no more. They got shewed in the garbage disposal, at least one was thrown out with the trash, and one has what look like tooth marks on the blade. None are worth anything as useful tools. I just bought the family another set.

MOSFiATA. I’m 60-year-old male who over the last few years has taken up cooking. When dicing onions, carrots, celery, garlic etc… I love how this knife acts when I use a rocking motion. I have Saboteur knives’ that
are over 50 years old and when I wanted to replace them the cost was too much. So, I tried these and found for the cost, that these are the best knives on the market. Be very careful when washing though. I have cut myself a couple of times. l.O.L. Wash the knives slowly.
