Picture quality and sound is great. I did buy a soundbar, but it really does not need it. I like that you can change pictures modes from Vivid, Standard, Cinema and Gaming.

Good product knowledge and customer service from the local BBY staff. Gaden explained the latest Sony Bravia TV
technology and arranged for Geek installation. Kudos to Gaden for his patience in answering ourquestions. Thanks.

Ive had this TV a couple weeks now. I returned a Vizio m7 because the main board failed on the second day owned it. I took that as a sign to spend the money on a good tv. We had a bravia plasma that lasted forever and so far this one doesnt dissapoint. It has excellent colors, the UI is easy to work with and it moves through functions quickly. So far we are loving it.

I bought a toshiba thinking that I’d find something cheap that would pair well with the PS5. I returned it 3 days later after it stopped working. I saw this Sony and fell in love immediately. This TV is great, super bright and crystal clear. The settings are easy to navigate and adjust well. The blacks are nice and deep and the colors are very vibrant. The best part is, you wont feel motion sickness from watching movies. Fast movement is very smooth and crisp. This is a perfect option for a TV that wont break the bank. The Best Buy staff was super helpful, and the gentleman that helped us should be running that department. Very satisfied.

As an owner of the sony a90j oled, I was quite surprised to see how well this TV performed as a mid level tv. It’s not perfect, however the power of the cognitive xr processor is the beauty of the TV when it comes to clarity, upscaling, and color. It didn’t take me long to calibrate the TV to my liking and I truly impressed with this TV. After hooking up an 4k apple TV with an audioquest cable, my experience with this TV jumped to a new level of quality. Although it’s not oled quality and there is minimum blooming (as there is on all full array TVs) I did not find it distracting. If you look for a mid level tv with high performance for watching movies, TV shows and or gaming this is the one you should keep an eye on. Only way I won’t recommend this TV is if you watch your TV at an angle or if you have a lot of sun light that will be shining on the TV as this TV doesn’t have any anti reflection for handling glare for very bright rooms. Overall, great TV for the price.

So yeah picture quality is great in this TV and quite good for gaming. However, out of the box I did a white screen test and oh boy! A wild dead pixel party! I’m not sure yet if I’m gonna return it since one other reviewer reported getting an even worse replacement. I’m gonna have to think about it in the next few days. The dead pixels aren’t really a show stopper but it’s a bummer knowing mine has it. Overall I’m still satisfied with this TV but Sony, if you’re reading this, pay more attention next time to the quality of your panels!
