I went in with my mind kinda made up. Salesman (who I’ve gotten to know) showed me why I “needed” this one. The TV itself was easy to set up. Then trying to connect all of the other things to it took a while. But worth it. The picture quality and brightness are fantastic. My last TV, also Samsung, lasted 7 years and used often. All my other sets are Samsung. So far, so good. And…. It went on sale the week after I bought it, no hassle getting Best Buy to lower the price on my charge card.

This Samsung 65” is so much better than the four year old model it replaced. The mini LEDs produce brilliant colors and the blacks are definitely the best on this TV. So glad I made this purchase.

The picture is fantastic, but I’m really not the biggest fan of the Tizen operating system. The operating system keeps auto playing the media source that was used last, and if I want to have eARC turned on it leads to the tv turning my PlayStation back on every time I turn off the PlayStation, which will go on and on in a never ending loop. I’ve had to turn off eARC to avoid the issue, or else it would have eventually broken my PlayStation.

We had to get a 2nd TV, the first one was damaged and other than waiting an extra week, the 2nd TV works great.

TV is great but it stopped working right shortly after set up. After calls to Dish Network, Samsung, and Best Buy we were unable to top the tv from shutting down and then restarting. My wife found a post that said to turn off the powers saving and sleep timer functions. TV has worked fine since than.

Love this TV! On black screens, it looks like the tv is turned off. The colors pop!
