The picture is exceptional. I put the tv in a room that is filled with a slider (3 panes) and multiple windows (8) but there is hardly any reflection on the screen. I couldn’t believe how good the sound is from these tv speakers. You can hear sound from the left and right side of the tv plus sound from behind you.

Purchased this particular model after discussing with others that own same unit. Used the Geek Squad with help in setting up and using.
A bit confusing initially getting acquainted with the ‘stick’ control, bit eventually got it.
The big advantage are the streaming choices V’s. my old unit.

I am enjoying my Samsung 65in TV. I got it just in time for the NBA finals. Picture quality is excellent. I have it in a bright room but still great picture. I will be adding a sound bar next.

The TV has been up for about 3 weeks now and I am happy with the purchase. Initial use included audio just from the TV (had to re-run speaker wire) and the sound was surprisingly good for a thin unit such as this, but for “big” sound on movies you need to use external speakers of some kind. The picture is amazing and the blacks, as promised are fantastic.
When initially running just through the cable box, I did experience an audio to video lag, but “plumbing” everything through the AVR seems to have solved the issue.
I did run into some problems adding apps and activating them, so it may take multiple attempts before they work.
Samsung needs to provide a longer power cord with the unit as most users will likely find it too short for most installations. I bought a 12 ft. cord to replace for $11 so not a major problem to fix, just annoying.
I would give it 4 1/2 stars due to the issues mentioned, but that isn’t an option. We’ll see how it holds up.

Upgraded to this model from a Samsung smart TV 55″ screen I bought in 2015. Awesome upgrade. I cannot get over the depth I can see in the picture. I only gave the sound 4 stars because I am using a sound bar, so I am unsure about the TV’s sound without the sound bar. I am very happy with my purchase. The Geek Squad deliverers were awesome.

I thoroughly researched this TV before purchasing, and have no regrets. Picture quality is great. Not using the speakers so I cannot speak for that. This is the 5th Samsung I have purchased, and I’ve been happy with all of them. My only complaint about this one is the redesign of the Tizen Op system. Navigation is a bit cluttered on the home screen. Also, my remote has a left button that sticks and further complicates navigation. I called Samsung and they are sending me a replacement remote. Overall, I great TV.

Had a 65-inch LG OLED purchased in 2017. Loved the picture but was very disappointed at significant burn-in in the first 12-18 months and poor connections at the HDMI ports. Happily replaced it with the 65-inch Samsung QN90B QLED. It also has a very good picture, great for watching sports and has with no chance of burn-in.

We are enjoying the new TV above our fireplace. It is like having a small theater in our living room.
