The picture quality of this television is absolutely wonderful!! The clarity still has us happy with this purchase! The sound is like most reviews describe – poor. Definitely needs a sound bar because the sound quality is terrible – volume too low. If you are not tech savvy, the set up will make you want to throw it out the window! I wish there was at least a hard copy of set up instructions included in or on the box! That would have been very helpful for us less than tech savvy people! Overall, this television is worth every penny paid!

Great TV but unfortunately two of the keys on the remote do not work properly.
Thank you Best Buy for issuing me a small credit but unfortunately, they cannot send me a replacement LG remote.
As a result, I have a new LG TV with a dysfunctional remote.

I bought this to replace our 10 year old bedroom tv. While the picture quality on the UQ9000 is great for its class, it doesn’t compare to LG’s OLED TVs. I don’t have any complaints other than the awful home screen UI which you’re unable to customize beyond rearranging some tiles.

The graphics on this LG are awesome! I also love that I don’t have to add any devices (i.e., Roku, Firestick, etc.). Everything is on the T.V. with the push of a button on the remote control. We love it!

I bought this as a replacement for an older LG 43″ TV that still worked fantastic, but with did not have the screen clarity that the newer TV’s have. I have to say, this is such a massive improvement over the older TV. My only really complaint is the amount of bloatware that comes installed on it. Outside of that, fantastic TV.

Great tv but unfortunately my 1 year old threw a sippy cup at it and broke the TV. I got the insurance but best buy wouldn’t replace it due to them saying it was accidental but we get told upon purchasing that insurance covers everything.

Very nice tv. It has a very sharp color picture, and I all the other features it has like Netflix. Pluto tv, and other apps as well. Great tv .I really like it a lot. I would buy another one when I need to.

Good tv. Didn’t know it had alarm feature so it wakes me up in the morning when my alarms fail. Mirror from phone is a little slower than my other lG tv but tv but still good
