This scooter is fast, with 3 different incline modes. Easy to put together, and easier to store. I’ve had it for a month now, and I am blown away by how awesome this is for the price.

Great scooter. No assembly was required. I wish it came with a phone holder. I know you can buy them but that is just an added expense. I love the cruise control feature. It has quality built into it and is a little heavy so if you were using it as a commuter I would be sure the 25 or so lbs would not be an issue. I have used it on a few trips in the neighborhood and still on the first charge. My wife had never rode one before and had no issue hopping on and taking it for a spin.

Easy set up but you need to download the app to use this product. I recommend downloading it first and then set up your product. Its fairly simple but will require about 5 mins of patience to get through all of it. After that its fairly simple get on scooter, push off and then you can hold down the throttle. I enjoy riding it around and even at max i feel comfortable riding it around with out any issues.

This being my first scooter in quite some time (10 years), i have such a blast riding this up and down my street and all around town! The 18 mile battery life is incredible when on eco mode. Drive mode i will usually see 15 miles of range and for sport mode it’s usually 10 miles. Im in love with the headlight and taillight when riding at night. Within the segway app, this unlocks so many cool features like energy regeneration brake settings, tail light pattern options, and cruise control which is nice only when on a smooth road. Im in love with this thing!

Overall pretty satisfied. However I’m beginning to wonder if I should have opted for the next model up. The scooter struggles more with hills and acceleration, unless the battery is on the high end of the charge. Very simple assembly. Includes a spare tire. Probably some other features that I have not discovered yet.

Had it for full two weeks before we decided to return it. Everything is good, very sturdy, extremely smooth, and fast. Unfortunately, it’s just too heavy and was impossible to fold. My daughter had trouble every time trying to fold and unfold. What’s the point of having a folding scooter when you can’t fold it and its full size is too big for a compact SUV. I’d recommend for someone having better strength to buy it.

I ended up purchasing this scooter because my car broke down and needed a way to commute to work (about 6.5 miles from my house). Definitely wasn’t expecting to have this much fun riding a scooter!
It has a very easy learning curve and extremely intuitive handling when it comes to the ride. When you’re ready to zip on Sport mode, it will be ready for you. Setup was a breeze as well.
Go get yours and get out there!

Decent scooter. Struggles a little when going uphill but works like a charm on level ground. Brakes could be better and I always need to be extra careful when going downhill. They include an extra tire so that’s a plus. I’ve driven this in light rain and snow so it holds up pretty good. Can skid on slippery roads so be careful when you drive it in poor weather conditions. I drive to and from work everyday so its been in pretty regular use and is holding up fine. You should consider getting a bike lock as the Bluetooth lock only works as long as the scooter is in range.
The only thing I’m worried about is the brakes wearing out. The pads probably need to be changed after a certain amount of time and I am yet to look into that.
It is a little on the heavier side to be prepared to do some lifting when you get her. All in all, its a good buy if you’re willing to invest in an electric scooter.
