I use this most nights as soon as I get in bed for the evening. I work a lot on a laptop and don’t always have the best posture, this has helped repair the damage more than anything else. It works better than the pain meds, even better than the physical therapy.
Lately I’ve even used it on my belly during an indigestion episode, the movement with the heat is spectacular.
I’ve told any friend of mine that if they want one of these it’s on me, for the price it’s a no brainer.

Very impressed with the Snailax Neck and Back Massager.
For a massager below $100, it has plenty to offer. It has essential functions, along with some adjustable pressure points and orientations. The added heat is a great addition compared to other appliances around its price point.
Compared to an actual massage chair, this does part of the job. But, it does its job well for back pain and lumbar relief.

My wife and I are using our Snailax on our back and neck daily and the relief we have found is amazing. It is so easy to start at your lower back and slowly move it up and finish with our neck. I noticed this morning that I was able to bend over easily to and get dressed when I normally have to sit on the bed to do this. I would highly recommend this product. When you consider how affordable this is I wish I had know about it years ago.

My husband and I like this massager overall, but just be aware that the massaging balls within it are VERY HARD against your neck, back, etc. I knew it would be a big step up from just a heating pad, of course, but I don’t think I was prepared for how hard this is against your body. It’s possible that it’s the only way it can be effective, but if I had my choice, I’d have a massager where the feel against your neck was a little softer, and massage would be a little more soothing. Seems very well made for the price.

I have had tense neck and shoulder muscles from sitting at a desk all day for work, so my muscles stiffen and they get really tense especially around the neck and shoulder area. It just xame in the mail today, and i have been using it for 5 minutes and i can already feel all the tension going away.
This arrived so fast, ordered yesterday and it arrived today. The quality is really good and it is very easy to use. For anyone experiencing similar neck and shoulder muscle pain, i would 10/10 recommend.

Honestly, I thought most of the reviews I read had to have been paid reviews because there’s no way it could be as good as everyone says it is. Things never seem as great as people hype it up to be. Well….let me tell you, this is EXACTLY as amazing as the reviewers say. I’ve NEVER reviewed a product online, EVER. But this had me wanting to let everyone know from the rooftops❗️❗️ I get knots in this weird spot between my shoulder blades. They’re at an awkward spot so I usually use a ball against the wall to rub these spot. Man oh man. I use the straps to semi bear hug myself to apply more pressure to my back. I use the low setting because the high is too intense for me. But the option to have either is pretty cool. I used it on my shoulders the other day. I believe I may have fallen asleep possibly. It was sooooooo soothing. If you have any upper back pain…wait, I’ve tried this on my lower back pain as well! AH-MAZING! Relief, relief, relief. Plus, there’s a heat button option. Heaven. If you can afford to buy it now, you should. You’ll enjoy it. Another option is throwing this out as a gift you’d really like. The holidays are around the corner😉

La rotación y presión del masajeador es agradable, los 2 niveles de intensidad son buenos. Aunque debo mencionar que sólo lo siento cuando lo uso en el cuello, pues si lo bajo hacia la espalda la presión que siento es menor. El calor que dice proporciona no lo siento en ningún momento, y esa fue una razón para comprarlo. Se me hace buena relación precio-calidad. Pero no cumplió al cien los expectativas.

This product is very effective in relieving muscle tension in many areas of your body. I have enjoyed how it has help me release stress in my legs and lower back so that I can remain active which is so important during lockdown.

I purchased this for my spouse as he has shoulder pain occasionally from sleeping wrong (ah the perks of entering your 30s).
He’s asked me to rub them for him before but let’s face facts – it’s boring rubbing your spouse’s back plus you tire out fast. Bought this thing to help out.
He really enjoys using it! I’d say it’s kind of a weird shape as it’s made to lay on your shoulders/neck but that’s what we needed. Intensity levels aren’t much different, just 2 different speeds. The rotating knobs inside the thing are pretty large and if you’re not careful you can get sore or maybe even injure yourself with this thing so be cautious when using it for the first time since it’s pretty powerful/rough.
Overall I’d still say it’s a 5 star product. Feels heavy and high quality, stitching is nice, easy to operate and did what I needed it to.

Oh man, let me tell you something. If your pregnant and getting achey muscles, this is where it’s at. I have always had a problem with real right shoulders and back muscles, but since I got pregnant it has been on a whole other level I have never experienced. My back gets so sore and tight that I can barely move and it makes me really grumpy. We had one of these gifted to us a while back but we lost in in a move. I remembered how great it was before so I just ordered another one and oh man, if it wasn’t for this I’d be the wicked pregnant witch. This thing gets in there really deep and works out any knots or tightness very well. Be warned though, its a pretty deep tissue get in there type of massage. You can play around with how hard you press it into your back though. If your real sensitive, this may be too much. I like to sit it up against the couch and push my back up into it and I’ll move it up and down on the cushion to where I need it and it works great for the whole back. Up at the high shoulder/neck area I’ll use the straps because that seems to work the best for that area. Overall, this machine has been a life saver and is what keeps me mobile and most importantly saves my poor husband from my grouchy pregnant moods. I love it and need it in my life, 10/10!
