Bigger than I was expecting but perfect for what I need to use for. I was sceptical at first about the weight it would accept but the instructions and exercise manual that come with it are accurate. The material is very strong. Love the colour. Very pleased with it.

Nice little exercise ball

I like this product it’s the same one I use in physical therapy

Well it’s ALRIGHT… It really doesn’t look like the beautiful, Matt photos. Mine is shiny and has a very visible, tatty seam. The logo is off centre and I’m aesthetically disappointed. On the other hand it is a black ball , yes, and it blows up but is bigger than 9 inches if you don’t want wrinkles in it. I know I’m weirder than most because I want things to look like their adverts- it’s lying when they don’t and it’s annoying. There was no tube with mine and yet 3 stopper plugs- one for the ball and a spare, and one for my moaning mouth.

Good for pressure on knots in bigger muscle groups. Handy for rolling out one’s back, quads or lower legs.

Perfect for what I needed
Bob Bickersteth –
Good product for physio exercise although you need to be v quick to put stop valve in as it deflates quickly. Please note that despite it being marketed as “ INCLUDES QUICK DUAL ACTION INFLATION PUMP” it doesn’t come with any pump.
GD –
As part of my physical therapy sessions, my therapist suggested that I purchase a ball of this size to assist me with my exercises. It is the perfect size for my use and easy to inflate.
Angel –
A bit difficult to blow up and keep blown whilst putting the stopper in.
Kindle Customer –
Easy to inflate but some air gets out when you let go and try to put plug in.
William V. –
Good quality. Very sturdy. Difficult to inflate as there is no valve at the inflation port.

I bought this as I have been injured for a year and a half. I needed to do some strength exercises. I use this ball to do single leg glute bridges to help strengthen my flutes. You may think as it’s a soft ball what use can it be. I can assure you it’s a main bit of my kit now. I use it a lot. I’m training for the Chicago marathon in October and I’m also doing the GNR next week. Not sure I’m fit enough for either has my training fell short due to the injury and rehab training. But I can tell you my injury is a hell of a lot better and just ran 18 miles yesterday. Great for rehab or none rehab training. I will continue to use this ball.
