This is a very attractive and exceptionally well made unit. The price is phenomenal…less than $25 with the $10 off coupon. It works quite well and has lots of pressure. I did have to take off one star because using this water flosser is awkward. It does get easier after a few uses, however in use, you must hold the unit vertically all the time or the water will not spray out. After a few times you learn that going between the top and bottom teeth only involves a motion of about 1/2” vertically and then you move it horizontally around your teeth at gum level. It isn’t easy placing the nozzle in relation to the on/off button and finding the button while holding the unit next to your chin with the nozzle spraying in your mouth. A raised button would help. It is difficult getting the nozzles all the way in and also to remove a nozzle. The tongue cleaner sprays a firm jet of water onto your tongue, but does not clean nearly as well as an actual short bristle tongue brush. Also, you must fill the water reservoir at least two and probably three time to complete cleaning your teeth and keep it positioned in your mouth until the reservoir empties after each filling. Otherwise the water pumps out into the room. Would I buy this again or recommend it? Definitely, yes, because it does the job and is small enough to travel with and easily store.

I get bits and pieces stuck in my gums all the time as I suppose I have gaps that are very accommodating. So even more than flossing, I’ve made water flossing a regular part of my routine. When I have chunks of food stuck in my gums for extended periods of time, the gums get sore and flossing does not do enough. [one does not replace the other though]
Problem is when I travel I don’t bring my “full-size” waterpik with me… because that’s absurd. So being away for an extended period of time, I’ve run into times where I’ve needed to use the pick end of a disposable sword flosser to stab the food through to the other side. Also kind of absurd.
Enter the portable option. Honestly, I didn’t even know these existed before I thought I should look for one. After looking at quite a few reviews, I decided to go for the low cost = low risk option and making sure that the option I chose showed decent to good reviews, I selected this one. I’m not disappointed.
Points:
1) It is not nearly as powerful or effective as my full-size waterpik. I don’t care much about this as it still gets the job done. Inasmuch as it saves me from having to tear my gums apart using the medieval disposable tools when traveling, I’d say as far as functional purpose goes, it is a home run. So by not as powerful or effective, what I mean is that it doesn’t feel as substantially powerful when using it, but in the end with a little more patience needed for refilling the reservoir or more time needed to attack specific spots, it still gets everything clean.
2) I’ve never once needed extra tips. It comes with several and so far I’ve only used the one. I might use a few more someday but the fact that these are proprietary doesn’t bother me.
3) It is actually pretty quiet. Definitely quieter than the home station. Not so loud that it will wake the familials. It doesn’t exactly purr quietly. Maybe an exuberant aggressive purring?
4) It folds into itself! The tip is removed with a button press, its stored in the body, the pickup tube retracts into the body, the body stores inside the reservoir. It all goes into the case which still has room for all of the tips that came with it but the whole thing is tidy and small and packs easily. It assembles quickly and easily and the reservoir comes off with a twist, and back on the other way after a quick fill.
5) Rechargeable. I do almost wish that the battery was user-serviceable and could be easily replaced at some point but the reality is it doesn’t need to. With regular use it will be easy to tell when it needs to be replaced. Without regular use it will become quickly evident but at the low cost and the easy to obtain replacement… I’d say this is non-deal-breaker. The fact that it IS rechargeable and easily so via USB again makes this perfectly suited for travel. As for battery life… I’ve used it every few days for a few weeks now and it has yet to be recharged.
If I were to one day travel again overseas (thanks alot COVID), I would not hesitate to pack this. I’m speaking to this specific scenario since when packing to go somewhere far or even strange, I still do my best to pack light, and in most of these cases space is at a premium. Given my gum comfort is precious to me, I would sacrifice an extra rolled up pair of shorts to carry this flosser with me.

I bought this water flosser to replace my cordless portable waterpik which is more travel friendly than other water piks but still huge. This water flosser is actually stronger than the waterpik which may take some getting used to. I have mastered flossing on one tank however it also doesn’t bother me to have to refill it. The flosser is easy to set up and it packs down to half the size of the portable waterpik. I also appreciate the hard case it came with to protect it as the tank is plastic and if cracked when packed, could render it useless. Another plus is the fact that I can use any USB adapter to charge whereas the waterpik has a chunky old school adapter permanently attached to the cord. This reduces the number of cords I need to bring with me on long trips. I am very happy I bought this, esp for travel purposes.

This is so freaking genius – everything you need fits in one hand. Love the versatility of this thing. The case is discrete, so no one knows what you have. And it kinda looks like a mini speaker. It’s easy to assemble and disassemble. I’m one of those people you see in the public restroom brushing there teeth after eating – don’t care if I’m at work or at a restaurant. It fits perfectly in my purse with or without the case, which makes it easy to travel with. I will definitely purchase another one so I can have one for home and one for my purse.

I have a water pic brand device that is simular as far as the cordless bottom small water tank ect… I have found I use this little guy more because it works great, is light weight, compact and seems to hold more cleaning solution / water.
I bought both devices just before my “all on 7 upper arch implants… oral surgery so I could keep everything very clear of any partical that do get trapped in between the teeth arch and the healing gums. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING EITHER UNITS UNTIL THE DOCTOR AND DENTIST approve the use of these guys!
Love this one the most, great travel package with a clever clean design! Easy to use when lm out or not in my area (covid-19) like a parking lot after the drive though lol… yes I do that, (water from my drink container) quick relief from any nagging trapped bits…
Thank you!
