The best light I ever found. Separate light switch for regular magnification + 10 x magnification. I wish I could just turn the light on for the 10 times magnification only and not have both lights on at the same time. Box said batteries Not Included but I did find batteries in the box, what a nice surprise. Delivery arrived earlier than what was posted. A must-buy for all those people that want to look their absolute best…..

I have owned at least 50 lighted. magnifying travel mirrors. I will never even consider another. Top mirror is the 10x, lower mirror is regular. The lower mirror slides upward to allow the top mirror to sit on a table at pretty much standard height. The illumination is good. The case is so sturdy … I have had many similar travel mirrors break when stuffed into an overpacked bag … pretty sure that will never happen to this one. Only two thing to note that might be a problem for some. One, it is surprisingly heavy. I would not want this in my purse all the time. Secondly, it is possible to light the lower mirror alone, or to light both mirrors together; however, it is not possible to light just the top (magnifying) mirror alone which is the only one I really use. I cannot imagine anyone regretting this purchase. it’s awesome.

The mirror is superior in quality since it is collapsible so should be tough enough to open and close many times. I also like the appearance of this mirror very much, I think I will recommend my friends to try it.

We are on the road a lot throughout Florida and love to check out the older B&B or smaller seaside motels. These smaller places are full of charm, but don’t always have the amenities (or lighting) of the larger hotels and this small lighted mirror has come in very handy. Also love it for when my hubby is in the bathroom and I need to put make-up on in the room. The photo does not show the fact that the top mirror can be stood straight up and even tilts back a little, making it easier to use. If I were to wish for an improvement, it would be for the base to be a little heavier to support both mirrors being fully extended at the same time.
TWO YEARS LATER… Still traveling and still using this mirror every time we travel. The lights are still bright, the glass is clear and the mirror has been opened and closed many, many times. What a great buy!

This mirror is just what I have been looking for; in fact, I just ordered another one for a gift and may order more. The mirror is sized perfectly for every day use and for travel, since it folds flat to a thickness of a little less than 1.25 inches and has a diameter of less than 5 inches (including the hinged portion. Both mirrors are high quality. When unfolded, the lighted portion (1X, on bottom), is perfect for makeup application and illuminates the top portion of the mirror (10X portion) perfectly for illuminating the eyebrows for plucking without blinding you. I like the fact that this mirror uses four “AAA” batteries (included) because they are more readily available than button batteries.

PERFECT — exactly what I was looking for, for when I’m traveling. The LED lights are perfect brightness, and the 10x mirror really helps to see everything on your face. Really helps those doing eye makeup. I love that it’s compact and easy to work with. If you’re wondering how or where to put the batteries, it’s the bottom panel. You turn the lid, so don’t try and stick a sharp object in the tiny slot to open it because you’ll break it that way.

This mirror completely solved my makeup challenge in my dark camper van. I’ve used it all summer. It is compact while not being too small, and I have lots of light and magnification when I need. It looks like it would smash if dropped so I put it away in its box when not in use. Fast delivery.

I purchased this mirror to use when I travel as I find it more difficult to apply eye makeup now that I am a senior and the old eyesight is not nearly as good as it used to be. I also find that bathroom lighting in hotels and Air bnb’s to be very poor and bathrooms with natural daylight is a rarity these days. This is a sturdy item and unlike other reviewers I did not have a difficult time opening it, but the unit is heavier and larger than I thought it would be. The fact that it was larger actually turned out to be a bonus as when extended you can sit at a countertop and look straight into the magnification mirror to apply makeup instead of having to look downward, which can be hard on the neck. I liked the 10x magnification as it provides me with enough enlargement that I do not need to have my glasses on when applying eye makeup, which as you can imagine can be quite a challenge. The mirror light is nice and bright and provides great illumination with NO SHADOWING. Mirror also came with the 3 required batteries. I have had a couple of other magnification mirrors in the past, paid more for them and they have not been nearly as good.

I immediately sent this item back, and I never return anything. The regular mirror would be a nice little lighted compact mirror, but the 10X mirror is a joke! It’s so small, and so magnified, that you must close one eye to only see a tiny part of your face. Not even one whole eyebrow! And then the image is blurry. Using this would be like shaping your brows looking in a chrome car bumper! I don’t understand the good reviews for this useless thing. UPDATE! I received a nice email from this company after I returned the mirror. I give them props for good customer service!

I was looking for a lighted high-power zoom mirror that doesn’t take up too much space. I was surprised that most of the models at BB&B were $60 and up, which I couldn’t really justify. On the other hand, I didn’t want something that was not well made, or not strong enough zoom, or not lighted. this seemed like a good middle of the road solution. When I got it home and used it, It was thrilled. It was exactly what I wanted. I don’t use the mirror for putting on makeup, but for plucking my eyebrows, and seeing pores closeup. Plus, I didn’t necessarily want a mirror that sits out all the time taking up space. If you are looking for the same criteria, you should love this mirror. For my purposes, the standard 1X mirror and light are gratuitous, and due to the way the switch works, you have to have that mirror lit when you have the zoom mirror lit. But, that doesn’t really matter, and I wouldn’t say it’s a negative — other than the fact that perhaps it will use up the battery power a little faster.

Perfect for travel! I ordered this to have for trips because one never knows if the hotel will have a makeup mirror and/or how well lit/magnifying it will be. I don’t need a magnifying mirror to apply makeup, but rely on it for daily eyebrow grooming (my eyebrows grow fast and thick–can’t overlook them for a more than a day). The mirror is small and does have to be just a few inches from your face to be clear so I can see that posing a problem for folks who are using it for makeup application. The LED is very bright and the mirror is clear as long as you hold it close enough. I’m happy with the purchase. FYI: It does not come with batteries, so plan on buying 3 AAAs before use.

I had this mirror for about 5 years and used it when I traveled. Unfortunately when I was packing for a trip a few weeks ago I dropped it and the mirror shattered. I immediately went online to order the same mirror. When I opened Amazon and put in “lighted travel mirror” many new options popped up. I didn’t even consider them – I ordered the tried and true one that I previously had. This works perfectly for me.
