This product is labeled as USB 3.0 but it’s actually USB 3.1.
Works on both my MacBook Pro OS Big Sur and Windows 10.
Very fast!! This drive is LARGER than the SSD memory in my 10-year old MacBook Pro, recently retired.
Highly recommended!! It’s not so tiny like other PNY devices that I have, so it doesn’t get so hot. I have a tiny PNY but I lost it for months (and now it’s found) so this PNY device I’m reviewing is the best size. Extremely fast and not so HOT when you eject it from a USB port!!

I use the Pro Elite USB to store data on. This product helps me to have my data handy always and it also helps me to secure and transfer important data from my computer to this USB

I needed a flash drive that would store all of my essays PDF books and videos. I was able to put hours of video six PDF books and over 20, 10-20 page essays and still have storage space.

We used this to download Windows 10 and upload it to my new pc. I love having plenty of storage as a backup if needed and it worked perfectly for what we got it for! I also really like the design of it, it’s not a boring cheap-feeling flash drive like other ones I’ve seen.

Great build and works as advertised, the only thing i dont like is that the master files that are required take up 50gb of the 512gb so Its not a “true” 512gb USB stick…its more like a “460”ish usb stick. Still suitable for my needs though!

I bought this to move my music files off of my online storage. My sole usage purpose is for DJing my music files and this USB 3.0 was my first USB stick purchase. The read and write speeds are great, and while there may be faster write speed USB’s out there, the PNY does a wonderful job without corrupting file quality. My Playback is with Pioneer DDJ-SB2 (On Serato, of course) and I haven’t had a single issue with reading files on my Mac or Windows laptop and I switch between both often.
I also appreciate the durable feel of the stick, but still wouldn’t trust it on something like a keyring, though I may trust it to be dropped a time or two. Overall 10 out of 10 would buy again!

Warranty is great Had Problems with it and Manufacturer relaced it right away

The PNY Pro Elite 512GB 3.0 flash drive is the fastest and easiest I’ve used yet. First, when you pick it up the flash drive feels a lot more sturdy than pretty much any other. When you plug it in to the USB port you will experience the fastest data transferring you may have seen on a flash drive. So if you want speed and durability this is a great choice.
