I was expecting and waiting for the vacuum cleaner so badly, however, unfortunately my multi adaptor wasn’t enough to exchange the voltage. less than 3 sec later after I was on the power, the vacuum cleaner had burned smell.. and till now I cannot use it 😫😭.

After you clean the debris from the red motor duct screen under dirty water tank and while machine is turned on, can you feel for suction at the red motor duct screen by placing your hand over the area?

We do not simply guess for a resolution right away. It has to be documented and validated as well. But we really appreciate you taking time to provide the details they need. I have saved the data of your official receipt since we do not have the white label to provide.
Here’s what we need to do; Kindly wait for the return label to be sent to your email within the day. Kindly check your spam and junk mails if possible, and have the label printed. Use the return label to ship the machine back to us by contacting FedEx to pick up the machine from your place, as the machine has to be inspected. Please be advised that inspection can take up to 10 business days and you’ll be notified of the results.

Guessing it will be about 30 days before item is replaced. Worst warranty for something that isn’t even a year old.

Funciona muy bien para alfombras de hilo corto, sin embargo no, para las de pelo largo, hay que cargarla prácticamente para que no se atore. Recoge muy bien el sobrante de pelo de mascota, aún antes de haberla aspirado. Trae 2 botes de regalo, pero para lavar 2 tapetes de 3×2 Mt., se gastó un bote de 236 ml. Y adquirir los grandes se me hacen demasiado caros. Los buscaré cuando haya ofertas jejejeje. No hace tanto ruido, es liviana, buen tamaño de cable y recomendable. Sin embargo no trae altura para levantar los rodillos en alfombras de hilo largo.

Let me learn y’all something real quick. This thing right here, was sculpted by gods in Olympus ok? I’d rate it a 87 out of 10 if I could. Let me tell you why. Our dogs have magnets on their feet that apparently attract every dirt particle one could find. I didn’t know there was that much dirt on the party’s crust but of course my dogs found it. Anyway our carpet was so dirty from earth’s skin and potty accidents and everything else under the sun so we bought this. We set it up and I picked the dirtiest spot in the carpet and said “let’s see how deep, deep clean means” and I tell you Sammy it looked like 1 strip of brand new carpet. This thing is amazing and if I could find out the inventor of suck amazingness I’d probably get on my knee and ask them to marry me. All the stars given.

Me gustó mucho, realmente limpio muy bien, hubo unas manchas que no quitó pero ya tienen mucho tiempo, pesa pero no es difícil moverla o manejarla, quedo oliendo un poco raro pero se que fui yo, ya que presionaba cuando no era el que saliera el líquido, o pasaba más veces de las que dice, aún así fue fácil de usar y seco bastante rápido, cuestion de 1 hora, y en las zonas donde pase ee más solo un poco más, pero no fue de una noche o horas eternas, y quedo bastante limpia. En mis lescaleras no cabe, pero con sus accesorios logré hacer el trabajo igual de bien. Limpiarla y rearmarla fue fácil, mi única queja sería que hace demasiado ruido, pero se que es parte de este tipo de maquinas

I am going to be honest and say that we were a little hesitant in purchasing this machine at first.
Before buying any type of machine for the house, I always peek at the lower reviews to see common flaws or complaints and a few people mentioned the machine leaking or easy to break. (I have been burned too many times in the past so I’m very careful)
I watched videos on youtube and that inspired me to take a chance and purchase this steam cleaner.
And guess what?
We LOVE this steam cleaner & I just finished using it before writing this up 🙂
We had to find a cleaning machine to help out because we have an aging dog that is having a couple “accidents” every week on the carpet.
Getting a pro out once per month started to get expensive so we wanted to find a home unit that actually worked and was easy to clean up.
This is it!
We use the recommended soap, very hot water, and this thing works like a champ.
Carpet comes out clean and soft, not stiff from dried soap, as other people have mentioned here.
Plus it is SUPER easy to clean up.
I waited for 2 full months before submitting my comments here to make sure all was going well and this machine rocks!
If you need a home machine, take a good look at this one.

Buen diseño, fácil de manejar, los shampoos de repuesto son caros, el cable de alimentación eléctrico puede ser fácilmente atrapado por la lavadora y lo rompe, hace falta un diseño que evite este riesgo. Tira agua al parar el equipo.

This is AMAZING. I can’t even believe it.
It really is like the commercials. We had pet stains on our master bedroom carpet. We replaced the carpet before moving in 4 years ago. A year later, we got a puppy. And, yeah…pet stains. We’ve had our carpet cleaned TWICE by professionals. The first one was ok but the second cleaning didn’t do anything except for wet the dang carpet that took daaaaays to dry. One treatment with the Bissell – NO MORE PET STAINS. WOW. I never thought a home product would work so well. The cost of the Bissell was probably less than what we paid the last jerks to ‘professionally’ clean our carpet.
It is heavy but not unwieldy – meaning, heavy duty but not hard to work or use. I also have their Spot Bot and it’s ok but leaves a kind of ‘crop circle.’ This is like vacuuming but sucking up stains as you do so. We have an upholstered chair that I need to treat with their attachment so I will follow up when I’ve done so.

Have to say while I’m happy with the cleaner, I’m upset with Amazon pricing. No sooner started using it then I see an infomercial on TV to buy it directly from Bissell for essentially the same price as Amazon, free S&H, PLUS comes with a 10′ hose (instead of 8), 3-in1 stair tool ($51) and stain trapper tool ($49)

It is a good machine compared to their old machine but a little deceiving as it is called pro heat which one would think it has the built in heater which is doesn’t, it says to use hot tap water but a bit worried as when I did that with old machine it melted some parts but bought it assuming it was a pro heater with heater. It does put out a lot of water and pickup making it a nicer machine than most. It is a lot easier to clean with no screw removal like old one, Also just found out after about 5 minutes of cleaning, I think the engine gets a bit hot and suction is half, you have to let it cool down and continue
