Not as hard to assemble as some reviews have said. The instructions are badly translated into English, so go by the photo online. Put the bulb socket into the main collar first, then add the arms. When putting the crystals, divide out the strands by the number of crystals per strand, and those correspond to the printed diagram. The largest number of strands have a jump ring at only one end, and those hang free around the center light, every other hole (I’m saving you some trial and error here). The bag of spare pieces also has some essential single crystals that join the long prisms and the bottom sphere to the frame. Keep the online photo handy as a reference, and good luck! It’s very pretty when it’s done.

I will start by saying that I think this is a great chandelier for the price. When the box arrived it was damaged and one of the arms of the chandelier was sticking out. It was a bit bent, but I decided it probably wasn’t worth shipping back and just worked with it and bent it back a little. For sixty bucks, this looks pretty in our baby girl’s nursery. As some other reviewers said, the directions are all but worthless. I pulled up a picture online and figured out where all of the crystals went, although I have to admit it took me about an hour and a half to figure it out and assemble it. My husband, who has never installed a light fixture in his life, was able to figure out how to install this (with the help of Skype and my dad, who was able to tell him what went where through the camera). If you have experience putting up light fixtures I have to imagine this would be pretty easy – no complicated wiring. We couldn’t figure out which wire went where as it is one clear wire, but someone had a helpful review that the side if the wire with writing goes to the “white” wire and that helped us out! For what we paid, I’m happy with this!

The fact that you have to assemble the entire chandelier is the reason why it gets 2 stars. Now I knew this before purchasing, but I thought “I’m an independent woman, I can totally do this!”… uh, I cannot. For those of you who purchased this and assembled it within an hour, you deserve a dang cookie. The instructions are in very broken English and missing step by step instructions. You basically have to assemble the entire light by looking at photos, making it even more frustrating to try and put the light together correctly. As I type this, the light lies in a hundred pieces on my kitchen counter. I walk by it and give it dirty looks daily. Eventually I’ll enlist someone else to put it together for me. I’m sure it’ll look great once it’s put together, but if you’re looking for a fast and easy chandelier… SPEND THE MONEY AND BUY ONE ALREADY ASSEMBLED! There is a reason why this one is $47! 😉

I really like this chandelier. Placed it in my hallway/foyer. It is small and just the right size. I read with interest all the complaints about putting it together. I had NO problem at all. I had the help of a teenager and we put it all together in less than 30 minutes. No hassle at all. If you have long nails or little patience for putting something together then maybe I could understand but I had NO problem whatsoever. In fact it was fun putting it together and I hate assembling things. Seller included a diagram and extra pieces. Nice touch! Installation was done by a professional within 15 minutes. Easy installation. What I don’t like is that chandelier has no sparkle at all. I love bling, this has real glass crystals but doesn’t sparkle at all, so I am disappointed about that. I highly recommend this chandelier, I looked at pictures from other people that bought and it seemed that some of them had chandeliers that did sparkle. Not mine. No sparkle or bling maybe different crystals but I still recommend the chandelier.

This chandelier is awesome! I’m not really a chandelier person but wanted something modern and elegant for the entrance to the master bedroom. It’s the perfect size for an entryway or hallway. It took me about 30 minutes to put together and although the directions weren’t the greatest, it was pretty easy to follow the picture. My husband hated the picture online and said he was going to hate it, but admitted after hanging it that it looks great

These are everything I hoped they would be. We chose them to hang over our island in the kitchen. Seems like Assembling Chandliers are a pain no matter which ones you buy

It was missing one importance crystal, one of the long clear two-inch pieces that you can see dangling near the top, of which there are supposed to be 5!! I only received 4 of them. I only discovered I was missing a piece after the electrician hooked it up and after I painstakingly strung most of the crystals! WAREHOUSE OF TIFFANY WOULD ONLY SHIP THE MISSING CRYSTAL IF I PAID THE $10 SHIPPING COST – for ONE tiny crystal. For THEIR mistake. Um, no, I refused to pay for their mistake, and THEY REFUSED TO SHIP ME THE MISSING PIECE EVEN THOUGH IT WAS THEIR MISTAKE. Amazon’s solution was to take apart the whole thing and return it for a new one, hopefully containing all the pieces, but I was not about to do that after all that work I did (hello, I do have a full-time job and school-age kids to raise) so they issued me a partial refund of $10 which is better than nothing, and better than Warehouse of Tiffany’s solution, but it still bothers me a little knowing a crucial piece is missing; so I have the missing section facing the back of my closet and I just try not to look at it when I’m in the back area of my closet. Yes, I know it’s just a closet but it was my brand new dream walk-in closet (and we are NOT rich-type people, I’ve never had a walk-in closet) and this light was supposed to complete the dream. 🙁 And I believe you should get what you paid for and not have to waste your time calling and stressing about a missing crystal.
