i recently installed this inverter as a small back up for small appliances instead of turning on my big inverter.[i have a solar system] this unit runs totally silant ans seems very tight.no vibration. no noisy fan.i dont know how long it will last but id buy it again.its compact and fits in a out of the way place on my desk.you cant go wrong. it came extremely well packaged too. no chance of damage in shipping. buy it.

I purchased this for my RV so we could watch a small 19″ tv while on battery power at sights that don’t allow generators during the drought.
We only camp 6 to 7 weekends a year.
The fan burned out after just 3 trips. Unit is now useless. Poorly made Chinese parts. Expected a lot more for the price.

Easy install; works great. I would have preferred to have one with a built-in transfer switch, but cannot find low-power ones that have that. So I bought a separate transfer switch from a marine supply place.
